◾21+ day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
◆ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Local ordinances prohibit events, parties, and weddings at short-term rentals. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
◆ Pool heating is not necessary most of the year. However, if during colder months pool heating is requested by guests this can be accommodated with an additional charge of $150 per night. Pool heating fee must be paid at least 2 days before check-in. If you have questions, feel free to contact us. Pool heating not available May-Sept.
◆ We do not allow pets at the property. However, we gladly welcome service animals in accordance with the law. Please notify us in advance if you will be traveling with a service animal.
