Retreat Redbird est un chien amical chalet confortable niché dans un acre boisé à côté d'une forêt domaniale. Il y a beaucoup de beaux parcs, marche / sentiers de randonnée et de cascades pour profiter toute l'année. Lac Nottely est très proche qui offre beaucoup d'activités familiales amusantes et nous sommes également à proximité de Casino de la nouvelle ouverture Harrah à Murphy, Caroline du Nord!

Great private location which conveniently near the charming town of Blairsville.

A very comfortable house with everything you need to relax after a day out exploring. The deck is a plus to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening . Quiet neighborhood where I enjoyed a morning walk. Host Robin was very accommodating when I made a request to check in before 4 pm. I hope to return next time I am in Blairsville.

Cabin in the Mountains

Perfect little getaway cabin for a few days. Located perfectly to all we wanted to see. Great amenities, perfect pet place. We will book again.

Short get away from everyday stress

We were very pleased with the Redbird Retreat. Nice neighborhood fairly quiet (neighbors have dogs), the house was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was very easy. We would love to come back when we can stay longer.

When we arrived there was a bad smell in the entire cabin. We bought some glade pull-ins but still the order was present. We felt it might be coming from the carpet or the furniture. I advised Robin by text and she said they have had a lot of rain and the musty smell would go away. It did not. All the appliances were outdated. We asked about an outdoor grill but no response. The outside deck was in desperate need of repair. We were so disappointed that we had to look for another cabin for our remaining time. We paid for the month but left after 2 weeks.

Sweet little cabin in the woods

The property was very easy to find! Everything was exceptionally clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was nicely appointed. Robin (the owner) was very kind and responsive to any questions I had. Would absolutely stay there again!

Perfect location, perfect comfort, perfect hostess.

Awesome!

We so thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Redbird Retreat. The bed was great - not to hard not to soft. We cooked a few meals and found everything we needed right there. We spent several enjoyable evenings in front of the fireplace. The property manager was kind enough to arrange for some firewood. The deck was perfect for coffee in the morning. 5 stars all around! Thanks!

Sweet little rental in North Georgia

By daughter, dog and I stayed at the Redbird Retreat this past weekend. The house was exactly as described and met our expectations. Very cozy and comfortable. Robin was very responsive anytime I had to contact her - she's great. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

What a great place to stay for a long weekend! We visited with family who lives in town - we played board games in the living room. I loved the fenced in area for the dogs (equipped with a pooper scooper for easy clean up!) We didn’t use the washer and dryer but the full sized units were great. It was cozy and comfortable for the two of us and the three dogs! Great contact with the owners and easy to find. Thanks for a great stay!

Cute and Convenient

The cabin was perfect for our needs while we were in between moves and Robin was so nice to let us extend our stay twice! The fenced area for our fur babies was ideal too. It’s a small area but connects to the patio so they didn’t feel confined. Kitchen was well stocked too. Perfect for two people and convenient to stores/restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you travel with your fur babies!

Outstanding Retreat

We have been traveling for the past few years from place to place and stayed in many rentals. We found Redbird Retreat to be a lovely home. The owner has obviously put a great deal of thought into the furnishings of this home. It really wants for nothing. My wife and I - and our little dog - stayed for a couple of weeks and found it to be extremely clean and comfortable. It's a quiet neighborhood setting close to the lake with plenty of privacy. The deck is a really nice place to sit and relax when not visiting the lake or nearby parks/waterfalls.

House hunting with our dogs

A brief 3 day stay with our dogs from Florida looking at vacation homes. Looked for something convenient and close to town to our realtor. Also allowed our 3 dogs which was extremely nice. Road easy to drive on and houses around but very quiet. Was able to walk dogs down the road not worried about traffic. It does have a side fenced yard which was a reason I rented it, but was really muddy and smaller than expected so dogs couldn’t really explore like I thought, but otherwise would definitely recommend and stay here again when we come to visit being we didn’t find a home this time around.

TV's

TV's did not work, no instructions on how to operate. This is about TV's over fireplace. GPS had had time getting us to and from cabin to make it to the wedding. The amount of time we were there it was a nice place, if the TV had been working.

Absolutely perfect ~ I wish I had a pup to enjoy with as well 🐾

Everything you could need while peaceful and quiet in the middle of the woods 🌲 Will def be back! As everyone stated, she adds the perfect touch to items throughout the house to make sure you don't need a thing. A lot of thought and tlc went into this rental. Just be sure to put in "Drive" not "Lane" 🤣 but this will be a funny story to tell for years to come!! Thanks again

We both live and work in the Atlanta area and have for many years. Each of us own our own "retreat" in Blairsville and spend many weekends and holidays. Through the years our family and friends have grown to love the area as much as we do. When the opportunity came up, we bought Redbird Retreat so we can now share the loveliness of the area with everyone.
We hope you love it as much as we do!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

There are so many things to see and do in the North GA Mountains and all year round. Lots of festivals and events, beautiful lakes, parks and waterfalls. A lot of walking trails, wonderful places to eat and close to the new Harrah Casino in Murphy, NC. Redbird Retreat is close to it all!
