Coral Cliff View is a private home nestled in the amazing vistas of Tom`s Canyon in Kanab. The scenery surrounding the neighborhood is incredible.

Enjoy the outdoor and indoor pools. The nearby clubhouse has a hot tub, pool table, exercise room and more. Relax on the cozy private back patio with incredible views, barbecue grill and fire pit. There is a nearby private park with playground and pickleball court.

The location is ideal if you want to visit Zion, Bryce Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Lake Powell, Cedar Breaks, North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and many more destinations. There are many fabulous OHV trails within a few miles of town, with OHV rentals and guides right in Kanab.

This is a single-family home, so you don`t have to worry about noisy neighbors. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, with beautiful red rock vistas everywhere you look.

Got young children? We`ve got a pack-n-play (bring your bedding), a high chair, and dishes for toddlers.

If you`re using Kanab as a home base to visit the many nearby national parks and monuments, there are coolers in the house you can use. We hope that by providing baby equipment and coolers that you can spend more time having fun, and less time packing.

Guests have full run of the entire house, including the garage.
The HOA is very strict about trailers, boats, OHVs, etc, being parked on the street or in the driveway, and will assess fines. They may not be parked on the street, but may be parked on the driveway for up to 48 hours, or in the garage for the duration of your stay.
