While we think you'll enjoy the outdoors while you're here-- either boating, fishing, or swimming in Rabbit Lake, or biking, hiking or skiing at the nearby Cuyuna trails, you'll enjoy taking in the scenery from inside this home with vaulted ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful views of Rabbit Lake from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, bunk room, patio and decks.

With endless, year-round outdoor activities from your doorstep, this beautiful home includes an indoor, infrared sauna and is stocked with games, books and puzzles for all ages. We provide kayaks, a Stand-up Paddleboard and ample floaties and water toys.

As you go to the lower level, which has heated floors and a room with weights and infrared sauna, you'll find 2 large bedrooms with queen beds. A bright and well-lit lower level that also gets perfectly dark and cool for sleeping. The large, main living area has a massive, cloud couch and 65-in TV, with 4 built-in bunk beds for extra sleeping spaces.

Above the garage is a beautiful bedroom with 4 twin beds, a game table (with removable poker table top) and a private deck with expansive and gorgeous views of the lake and woods.

The heated garage is stocked with yard games (ladder golf, bocce ball, giant jenga, balls), a foosball table and pop-a-shot basketball game.

In the summer you’ll enjoy the lake and swimming beach with a dock for tying up your boat or for casting your fishing rod out to get the big catch. In the fall you’ll enjoy the beautiful foliage colors with the ability to get out in nature through the property’s private walking trails. In the winter you’ll enjoy outdoor snow fun, nearby snowmobile trails, great ice fishing and at the end of the day cozying up by the fire, inside or out.
