Inside, an open layout keeps the kitchen, dining, and living space connected and easy for a couple or a small family.

The full kitchen is stocked for cooking in, with a coffee maker, cookware, and everyday essentials. The dining table sits beside wraparound windows, so meals come with a water view and plenty of natural light.



Outdoor Space

The covered waterfront deck is the heart of the cottage. Fire up the BBQ grill, dine al fresco, and settle in for sunsets over the canal. It is also a prime spot to watch SpaceX launches climb across the bay.

Your stay includes access to all of Long Island Village's amenities. Pick up your gate card and wristbands at the Welcome Center on arrival, then enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools, shared hot tubs, the 18-hole golf course, tennis, pickleball, sand volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, and mini golf. Indoors you will find a fitness center, billiard room, and a game room with foosball and table tennis, plus a rec hall, library, and on-site Signature Grill. The community marina and fishing pier round out a true resort setting on the water.

• Self check-in via lockbox with a door code for a simple, flexible arrival

• Parking is limited within Long Island Village and there are vehicle size restrictions; most lots fit one standard vehicle

• A dumpster and trash compactor are located by the tennis courts on your way out of the community

Getting Around:

• Highway 100 connects the community to Port Isabel and the Queen Isabella Causeway

• South Padre Island beaches are a short drive over the causeway

• Brownsville airport is roughly 30 minutes and Harlingen about 45 minutes away

• The resort is golf-cart friendly for getting around the village



Other Things to Note:

• Due to ongoing construction and occasional water line repairs in the community, temporary water outages may occur during your stay. Most are restored within an hour, though some may last longer.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors

• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests; only registered guests are permitted

• Minimum age to book is 25

• Pets are not permitted

• This is a single-level cottage; there are exterior steps up to the entry and deck

• A gate card and wristbands are required for community amenities and are provided at the Welcome Center

• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind
