Idéalement situé dans le quartier de Sunrise Park, cette maison 1957 a redéfini le milieu du siècle est un voyage oasis. Réminiscence de Viceroy Hôtel de Palm Springs, Villa Moda liens dans tout le confort de la vie moderne avec le style et le charme de l'esthétique classique Hollywood Regency.

Le salon, avec sa cheminée architecturale, est un grand espace de rassemblement pour les clients. Cette chambre ouvre sur le jardin arrière de la maison, où il est ample, espace privé pour manger en plein air pour un maximum de 12 personnes. La piscine d'un bleu étincelant, un spa et l'herbe verte luxuriante offrent un décor parfait pour le désert escapade idéale.

La chambre principale offre un accès direct à la piscine et comprend une télévision à écran plasma et un système de cinéma maison Bose. Les trois chambres supplémentaires disposent curseurs extérieurs qui conduisent soit à une montagne face à un patio privé avec table et chaises ou à la piscine et un spa. Il est un maître-suite casita taille chambre, accessible depuis la cour privée. Avec un téléviseur de 50 pouces à écran plasma et Bose système de cinéma maison, bureau, mini-réfrigérateur et salle de bain en-suite, cette chambre est spacieuse, privée et tranquille. Awesome house in the desert

This house is beautifully decorated and appointed but the back yard pool area was where we spent most of our time. A wonderful place to relax!

Very cute house

Everything was great. The house is really cute and clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. You are literally minutes from the airport and downtown Palm Springs.

Dream Stay!

This beautiful house was a DREAM! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this house. The midcentury modern architecture and decor were immaculate. Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen was more than well-equipped. We loved making fresh OJ using the oranges from the backyard orange tree and kitchen juicer. We loved swimming in the heated pool and hot tub. Communication was excellent and anything we needed was quickly resolved. One of the best VRBO houses we've stayed out. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Gorgeous

Beautiful home and was as described in the listing. Very spacious, clean and well stocked with dishes and appliances, I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Jeff from the property management company was so very helpful and attentive, he was awesome. Never an issue with contacting the office with any questions and concerns. My only issue was some of the blinds could not be adjusted but that was literally the only issue. I would definitely rent this home again, thank you so much.

Great home!

We had a great stay! Celebrated a milestone bday and the the decor of house with wonderful pool fit the celebration. We grilled with no problem. We swam in a clean pool which had pool lights making it more pleasing at night. The outdoor shower was a great plus! Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and plates and appliances. We had an issue with hot water in the casita but the property managers attended to issue right away :). Dan was great in communicating with us! There were some minor issues with the blinds and door but nothing that deterred us from enjoying our stay and renting again. We really loved our stay at Villa Moda.

Lovely property with a great location

We really enjoyed our stay here at Sarah's property. It was as advertised and very comfortable. Our only two issues were the very late check in (5pm) and extremely early checkout (9am). There were no exceptions made to this rule. The second issue was the servicing of the pool, which meant that between 2pm and 6pm the pool was out of service (WED) right in the middle of our stay. Given we had a 5 day stay booked, it was not great to realistically only have 2.5 pool days. Other than this issues, the property itself was great, extremely comfortable and we look forward to staying here again.

Pool & Hot tub sent our kids to emergency room

The property was great with the exception of the pool chemicals being so strong that our kids had an allergic reaction and ended up in the ER. Spent the entire trip either at the doctor, pharmacy or inside as a result. Reached out to property management with no response.

Amazing house

We had the best time, the place was a dream. Only complaint is that I received 6+ different emails from VRBO, Natural Retreats, and some random "property managers" before the stay. It's unclear who the actual manager is - the site says Sarah is the owner, there was one number in the checkin email, another number for the "retreat manager", some guy named Blake emailed me, and then another person emailed me about an additional contract. Pretty messy communication but really enjoyed the stay nonetheless.

My friends and I loved this place. Clean, plenty of towels, great size rooms, lovely pool and neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. My only complaint would be that 2 of the showers only had luke warm water. Would stay again in a heart beat!

A Fun Getaway

The property was decorated so nicely and was spacious for 10 of us. We loved the backyard and having access to fresh fruit on the trees! Pool was warm and hot tub heated up so quickly. My small complaints would be that the outside master shower's water pressure was not great and was so low it was hard to stand under. Also, painters came during our stay and worked - the paint fumes and workers walking around didn't make for a very private or relaxing time in the backyard that day. Other than that, we would definitely return!

Great Weekend Getaway

This was my first time to book with Natural Retreats and had a great experience. They provided terrific customer service and the photos represented the house accurately. We visit Palm Springs regularly and I would most definitely rent this property again. The house and yard were clean, the location was quiet, and all members of our party enjoyed the outdoor space. Great property for families or a group of friends.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with our group of friends and had an amazing time filled with relaxing swims, fun games and plenty of space to enjoy each other or have some sweet quiet time!

Perfect family getaway

Enjoyed our family Thanksgiving holiday at Casa Moda. Spacious home was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Lived in the pool - and loved having fresh grapefruit whenever we felt like it. Jerry and Dann were very helpful and flexible with our check in and check out.
