Villa Breeze - Beautiful, bright and friendly new villa facing south

Villa Breeze in Cape Coral is a modern and spacious new-build villa in sunny southwest Florida, offering approximately 2476 square feet of living space for up to eight people. It is located in a quiet, well-maintained residential area on the west side of the town, directly on the water. The villa's south-facing exposure ensures sunshine throughout the day – especially in the outdoor area, which, with its expansive pool deck and covered terrace, forms the heart of the house. Shopping, restaurants, and leisure activities are within easy reach, making the villa perfect for a relaxing yet fun-filled vacation.

Upon entering the house, the bright, open architecture immediately catches the eye, highlighted by large windows and elegant, modern furnishings. The central living area offers a comfortable seating area with a TV and a dining area that flows seamlessly into the spacious kitchen. It is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired – it features a large island, an oven, a ceramic stove top, a dishwasher, a microwave, a large refrigerator, and smaller appliances such as a toaster, blender, and kettle. Cook your own meals and enjoy them together in a relaxed atmosphere.

The villa's four bedrooms are stylishly furnished and offer the utmost in comfort. Two master suites feature a king-size bed and a TV, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed and the fourth has two twin beds. The master bathroom and guest bathroom offer a modern shower and a bathtub, while another bathroom offers direct access to the terrace and pool – especially convenient after a swim. A boat rental is recommended! No boat license is required in Florida. Explore Sanibel and Captiva, among other places, and discover dolphins. Unfortunately, boats cannot be delivered to the villa at this time because there is no boat dock, but we are happy to offer you a replacement dock if you still wish to rent a boat.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted outside.
