Location, location, location! Luxurious updated top floor (accessible by elevator) 1-bedroom condo located directly next to the snowflake lift. True ski-in/ski-out with resort amenities. Freshly updated with a modern mountain design. Vaulted ceilings and a beautiful gas fireplace create a serene space to relax. New smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom as well as a dedicated workspace provide all the comforts of home.

Enjoy views of the snowflake lift and Baldy Mountain directly from your windows. Perfect unit for a couple’s retreat or a small family.

Top-notch community amenities including secure entry, heated underground parking, building elevator, on-site hot tubs (indoor & outdoor), sauna, steam room, fitness room, individual ski lockers, bike racks, outdoor ski racks, on-site laundry, and much more. Walk 3 blocks to historic downtown Breckenridge and enjoy spas, coffee shops, shopping and dining. You may also take the free Breckenridge bus system (Breck Free Ride) which will transport you to many spots around town. Ski ticket sales and an equipment rental store are also adjacent to the complex.

Visiting during non-ski season? There’s no better place to enjoy gorgeous views, wildflowers, and outdoor adventures than Breckenridge. This unit offers quick and convenient access to hiking and biking trails right outside the building’s entrance. A small stream runs directly beside the building and you may access a small mountain lake a short hike away.

Great Stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The unit is perfect for a couple. We enjoyed the gym, the stroll to Main Street and the hiking trail right outside the property! 10/10 would recommend.

Great location

My wife and I had a great trip. Just steps away from the lift. We could ski right back to the condo. In the evening, we would walk down the street to enjoy the town of Breckenridge.

Cozy place next to the lift!

We loved our stay at this condo next to Snowflake lift! Being able to ski out and ski in was luxurious. The condo was very clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for a week-long stay. We had a view of the lift from the top floor of the building. Lovely gas fireplace that throws great heat and a comfortable couch and bed. Thanks for always responding to my questions within minutes!

best location EVER

If there is a location closer to a lift, I have not seen it. The walk from the heated garage to your unit will be longer than the walk to the snowflake lift. Couple that with the fact that the 4 'o'clock run dumps you right across the street; Perfection. but what good is that closeness without a comfortable and cozy respite? That's where this rental truly shines. from the two hot tubs (in/out) the steam room, and sauna, every aspect was golden. The fun doesn't stop there either. the unit itself is well appointed, has everything you could need to be a ski bum or socialite and is so close to town you can walk; unless its -9 like it was when I was there. That's where the heated garage makes you feel like royalty. I honestly feel cheated that I can only give this place 5 stars when it definitely deserves more. Lastly, I have to give accolades to Andrea as she was probably one of the most responsive and accommodating hosts I have dealt with. Any communication with her was polite, prompt, and genuine. Would I stay here again? Yes, Yes, a thousand times YES. Stop reading this review and book it now before I steal your dates for my next stay!!
