Mountain Thunder Breck is the quintessential alpine experience. Ski-IN to this updated mountain modern residence after a long day on the slopes and relax in the hot tub or heated pool. This private complex is just steps away from Breckenridge`s historic Main Street with all of its shops, restaurants and night life. Access the private shuttle which drops off at Peak 8 or Peak 7, or utilize the underpass to ride the gondola to either peak as well.

Our specific unit was professionally designed and updated and provides a fresh and modern look compared to other units in this complex. The comfortable swivel chairs allow you to watch the big game or take in the mountain views. Our chef`s kitchen is stocked and ready for you to prepare any meal you desire. And the king bed has a new mattress and crisp white linens with a duvet cover to keep you warm at night. The private bathroom has a shower/tub combination, making this a flexible space accommodating any age guest. Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash is provided, as well as a hair dryer, disposable shower caps, Neutrogena face wipes, Q-tips and more.

Spend your days walking into town for breakfast (don`t miss a breakfast sandwich from Semplice or pancakes at Columbine) or hiking the Pence Miller Trail directly from the lodge. Take a free gondola ride to the top of Peak 8 and enjoy Epic Discovery activities like the alpine slide, mountain coaster and bungee jumping in the summer. Or if you`re visiting in winter, ski-in right to the back door of the lodge and store your skis in the provided free ski locker in the lobby. In the morning, simply ride the free heated shuttle directly to the base of Peak 8 or Peak 9 (less than 5 minutes). This location cannot be beat.

Other activities onsite include a heated pool, multiple hot tubs, a work out facility, a gorgeous lobby with fireplace, outdoor fire pits, grills and so much more.

It`s important to note that this complex is very quiet and tucked away in the aspens. You are not sharing space with people in other complexes or in a busy section of downtown. Yet everything is still extremely accessible on foot. It`s one of the things we love the most about Mountain Thunder Lodge.
