Place was clean. Kitchen had everything one needed to cook. Beds were comfortable with mattresses in good condition. Ample supply of clean, good condition bath/hot tub towels. Not enough hooks in bathrooms to hang towels (nor bathing suit hanging space) for the amount of ppl lodging accommodates. Loved that shampoo, body wash, good quality conditioner and facial tissue was provided! Appreciated the mid week clean option for stays 7 nights. CON- A big problem we had was lack of availability to get in touch with the property management (Samson Waters) upon check-in. We entered the unit to a very strong smell of natural gas, which was leaking from the gas fireplace, and it took a LOT to get a hold of someone to alert them of the issue. I really thought we would not be able to reach anyone --numbers provided for Samson Waters were either not in operation or no one was answering and I wondered what to do with our family for the night. After about 45 mins we did ultimately get a response back by someone and he was very pleasant. Although it was not an ideal location, we were moved to another unit, and after a few days were able to move back to the originally booked unit, albeit sans fireplace use. We were told it was not a safety issue, and merely "an unpleasant smell" issue, but to me a gas leak is a safety issue (flammability and breathing in fumes).
