Beautiful place. Owners were very helpful! My family always loves Granby and we will return next year. Base Camp One is the best choice when staying in Granby.

This was an amazing trip. The property was clean and beautiful. Very easy to ski with our kids as well. Access to lifts and ski school was a huge plus. The condo exceeded our expectations and will go again!

Really great condo with an even better location and views. The slope-side views were incredible—we loved watching the skiers throughout the day. Having direct access to the ski lockers made everything so convenient. It truly is ski-in/ski-out; you simply can’t beat being this close to the lifts. It’s about a one-minute walk from the door to the lift, which made our ski days effortless and enjoyable. We also used the pool and hot tub—both were great to relax in after skiing, just note there is a daily fee to use them. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed at the Cozy Condo at Base Camp One at Granby Ranch. The condo was fabulous! It was very comfortable and welcoming. The condo owner, Michael, checked in several times to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything. He responded promptly to any questions we had. There is a ski locker that comes with the condo and makes storing skis and boots after a day on the slopes so easy. The balcony faces the ski slopes, and we spent a couple afternoons soaking in the sun watching the last skiers come down the mountain. This is a great place to stay and enjoy skiing at Granby Ranch!

Cozy condo at Basecamp in Granby Ranch

This condo unit has so many great features! First of all, Basecamp condos include one parking space in an underground parking area. This secure, snow-free parking makes loading and unloading very convenient. The top floor location of this condo offers great views of the ski slope and open landscape of the ski resort. The unit has a lot of natural light, as the bedrooms and living room have windows with views of the ski runs. The unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area, and a full kitchen with dining table with 6 chairs. Like to grill outside? There are two gas grills on the back patio. Need the convenience of a other food options? The Bluebird Cafe offers a variety of reasonably priced items in a nice space at the foot of the ski lodge building. A grocery store, gas station, emergency medical facility, and other amenities are a short drive away. We found the unit to be clean, comfortable, and roomy enough for four adults. The bed was comfortable, and there were extra blankets in the closet.

Nice space and location

Great space and location. Only issues would be there was no AC. Rented them space for a small group in the wedding party I was in. The neighbors that live in the building weren’t especially happy that we had a lot of traffic in and out which made the stay a little awkward. We did have to purchase a few fans and sleep with the windows open to stay cool and comfortable
