Valentine’s Week Wonderland!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5 star snow globe experience! 4 nights wasn’t enough. It felt like we were tucked away on our personal mountain in the middle of nowhere- yet 5 minutes from town. The house is wrapped with giant windows that surrounded us with breathtaking views that brought the outside in. The fireplaces were perfect for warming up after outdoor activities and the fireside hot tub experience during a snowfall was the perfect finale to our stay.

Winter “Bearadise”

This property was more than perfect for our group stay. The view of the mountains and Breckenridge never got old. The heated floors, expansive kitchen, hot tub, game room, I could go on. A perfect ski get away. The River Ridge crew were also very communicative and helpful when needed. 5 star stay.

Bearadise=Paradise

Three generations of our family spent 6 fabulous days at Bearadise Forest Hills. It was the perfect location to enjoy beautiful Breckenridge and the surrounding area, and this spacious home provided a relaxing and fun retreat after our busy days enjoying the outdoors. We made wonderful memories!

Breathtaking Views!

Our family of 9 (including adult kids and grandkids) stayed in July 2024. Bearadise was absolutely wonderful! It is exactly as advertised and shown in the pictures. The views were breathtaking! We had plenty of space to all be together, and also space to go our own way. The kitchen island is massive and perfect for family meals/gatherings. I would struggle to say anything negative; my only suggestion would be to upgrade the bedding(sheets) and linens (towels). They were perfectly fine, but given the luxury accommodations everywhere else, they seemed out of place. I would highly recommend this property and also the management company (River Ridge Rentals) as they were easy to work with and checked in to make sure we were not in need of anything. Five stars!!'

Family Mountain Escape

This property was great for our large family. It’s in the perfect location to have quiet beautiful mountain views but still be very close to town. Everything about the listing was accurate and we would absolutely stay in this home again.

Beautiful stay

I’ve been on a few “cabin trips” in my time and this was by far the best place I’ve stayed at in a while. It wasn’t hard to get to the place from Denver (about an hr and 45 mins away) Everything was beautiful from the views down to the rooms. It was more than enough space for my group (4 couples). I feel that the pictures listed online doesn’t do the house justice, we were all pleased with the aesthetics. We ended up having a problem with the microwave, I called the host and they were very attentive on ways I can fix it. I’m glad we decided to go with this place and I would definitely stay here all over again.

Great Property- Amazing View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bearadise was a great property. The view is pretty unbeatable. It’s very unobstructed and the deck is perfectly positioned to really enjoy it. We especially loved having the hot tub on the higher level deck. Many rentals keep them below away from the proper seating area and it was great for kids to be close by all the action. The inside was beautiful and well designed. The living rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The bathrooms were modern and very comfortable. The property was well maintained and any small issues we were very quickly handled with the most attentive property managers. In fact, anyone who came by to service pool or do a mid week clean was more than ready to handle any issues that we had which I really appreciated. My only nit picks are- I think they should have TVs in each room. This house is big enough to share with families and it would be nice to have the rooms able to lounge in. Also, the closet/dresser situation needs attention. The master has almost no storage, the downstairs bunk has nothing, and the twin room didn’t have anywhere to put folded clothes. We stayed for 2 weeks and really hate to live out of a suitcase or with mess around. Also a friendly suggestion- but the 3rd floor room with the private bath should have a bigger bed so it could be almost another master suite. And the twin beds should have the room with the detached bath. We will definitely stay here again!!

We had a great family get together, there were 6 adults and 4 kids and everyone loved the place, great deck, fully stocked kitchen, game room was so much fun, hot tub was a plus!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Bearadise Forest through River Ridge Rentals (RRR) in early June and the house and RRR were fantastic. To the views, location of less than 2 miles to Main Street, proximity to hiking and golf, we had a great time. The house has everything needed for cooking or just relaxing, and enough room for 8 adults to spread out or gather together.RRR was very responsive, and Adam came out promptly to deal with a small issue that could have waited until we vacated. A very engaging and thorough professional. Communication from RRR was great prior to arrival, during our stay, and prior to our checkout.Would highly recommend RRR and Bearadise Forest to anyone heading to Breckenridge!
