EMPLACEMENT IDÉAL DANS LA GRANDE COMMUNAUTÉ ...
Profitez de votre séjour à la promenade du président à l'annexe Truman.  Cette communauté bien entretenue est située dans un endroit magnifique à distance de marche de la plupart des sites proposés par Key West! 

AMEUBLEMENT ...
Le premier étage comprend un salon, une salle à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée et une demi-baignoire.  Le coin salon comprend un canapé confortable et une table basse située de manière à permettre une vue sur les 2 portes françaises.  La table à manger occupe une position centrale pour les repas, les jeux de cartes ou tout simplement pour profiter d’une compagnie.

ARRANGEMENTS DE COUCHAGE ...
Le deuxième étage est équip�� de deux chambres à coucher.  La chambre principale a un lit queen size confortable, une penderie, une commode pour ranger vos affaires et une porte fenêtre menant à une petite terrasse.  La télévision Roku est uniquement disponible (le câble est en bas). Il y a aussi une demi-bain avec toilettes et lavabo dans la suite.  La chambre a un lit queen size, un grand placard et une porte menant à une terrasse.  Dans la salle à l'étage, vous trouverez la salle de bain complète.  Il y a une grande double vasque et une douche avec enceinte.

PISCINE ET VIE EXTÉRIEURE ...
Ouvrez les portes françaises et montez sur le patio pour vous détendre. Il y a un grill prêt à cuire vos prises fraîches afin que vous puissiez dîner à l'extérieur sous les étoiles. La piscine communautaire chauffée se trouve à quelques pas de la maison et cet emplacement de la vieille ville est idéalement situé près de Duval Street, des couchers de soleil sur le front de mer de Mallory Square et de la plage préférée de Fort Zachary Taylor.

Excellent Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall property was very clean and well appointed. This is our second year renting for 30 days. Only complaint would be a larger TV in family room for March Madness. The beds are a little hard for our liking but that is personal preference. Take out a night stand in each room and upgrade to queen size from doubles. With this said we are returning for our third year in 2024. Wendy and Whitney have been great to work with always very responsive to any needs we have had.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was generally very good. There was not enough lighting, and electric connections in some spots were off. In the bedrooms, lights were via lamps and not turned on by switch.Our experience in Truman Annex that both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers. In this unit, the shower and second bathroom were in the hallway .Kitchen was very well equipped.Call about internet problem drew immediate response .Despite issues mentioned, we enjoyed our stay.

We Made sure to add this detail to our description so guests are aware before booking. As for the electric connection being off, thank you for pointing that out we will make sure our electrician fixes the issue. Enjoyable stay at BELLA VITA

Reviewer Comments: The property description of the townhouse was accurate, the pool was a short walk away, as was the car port to unload groceries, etc. The location of the townhouse was an easy walk or bike ride to everything, although the gate was closed to access the cart port/ parking space it wasn't an issue as the place is located close to the main entrance. When the gate opens again it will make access to things that much easier.I've rented from Truman & Co vacation rentals for many years, and I feel that they always provide good customer service, (from the rental agent to the property manager). You cannot go wrong if you rent this townhouse and/or work with Truman & Co vacation rentals to find your Key West getaway.

There is an unbelievable amt. of cleaning materials stuffed in every available the point where it is difficult. The owners have items stored in closets that take away storage space for renters. We asked to have ESPN added to cable service and the owners refused. Location is ideal.
