We really enjoyed our stay! We were looking for a place to just relax and found just that. The house had everything we needed from pots and pans, plates and cups, and everything in between. The hot tub was hot and ready to be used! We enjoyed exploring the historic areas of Harpers Ferry, and took advantage of the parking and shuttle at the National Historic Park (we have an annual NPS pass, so parking was free for us!) Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Felt like home

We appreciate everything from the discrete location,hot tub and many accommodations. What a PERFECT home to stay away from home while we explored the trails and history of the surrounding area. Great eats and trails only minutes away!

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with great recommendations for our trip. The home was just as described and pictured. We were in town for our anniversary but would be perfect for a family as well. The jacuzzi outside was perfect for a very chilly night. If it hadn't been in the 30's, we would have loved the firepit, deck, and BBQ. We did have a small amount of snow but still had no issues with the unpaved road the last small part of the drive. I highly recommend this very cute home.

We had a girls birthday weekend and the place was great. Lots of privacy. Loved the hot tub and deck and porch. We were outside the whole time. Went to wineries- many very close by.

The perfect stay.

Very nice place. Completely updated and comfortable. The prefect stay after a few days hiking and playing around in the rivers. The host was more than generous with helping us enjoy our stay. I hope to be coming back.

Great House

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect and very welcoming. The house was very clean and up to date. The owners were very quick to answer any questions I had about the area and offered helpful suggestions for things to do in the area. I would definitely stay there again!

Well managed! Very clean and organized. Had everything we needed to cook when we didn’t go out to eat. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Hot tub was great and yard was good size to let 6 year old and dog run around without worrying we would bother neighbors. Small things like makeup wipes/towels, toothbrushes and assortment of organic spices and coffee on hand were also appreciated. Would stay again and recommend.

Great Stay!

Our family had a great stay! 4 miles off of the main highway and not too far from attractions. The hot tub was a huge hit, the beds were comfortable, and the home was extremely clean. We loved the addition of the games and books! The only thing that we would recommend is additional towels in the guest bathrooms! Thank you for hosting us and we would love to book again in the future!

Rest and Relaxation after our section hike of the AT.

My father and I stayed at the property following a 4 day section hike of the Appalachian Trail. The check in process was extremely easy and smooth. Kim and her husband ensured that we were comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay a truly enjoyable experience. The house was in pristine condition and tastefully decorated. The communication with the host exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in the Harpers Ferry area.

Thoughtful and clean space

The house is new and clean. I felt immediately relaxed. There was a fully stocked kitchen with any utensils a visitor might need. The hot tub was clean and hot when we arrived. The deck where the tub is has a great view but not entirely private. There is plenty to do in town and around it. There are some gravel roads up to the property so I was happy to be in an AWD car. Also downloading offline maps helped navigate the poor cell service area. We decided to stay a whole day at the property to unwind, cook dinner and work remotely. Internet worked great for video calls. Would love to stay again.

You will not be disappointed!

I've been using Vrbo for several years, and this rental is hands-down my favorite. Kim was incredible—she was super responsive and went above and beyond in every way. The house was spotless, and the thoughtful touches made a big difference in our stay. We were greeted with welcome snacks, plenty of cozy blankets, a fully stocked kitchen, and bathrooms that had all the essentials, just to name a few. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise for both my husband and me, especially given our back issues. Despite the hot tub being in the open, it still felt wonderfully private. My only initial concern was the gravel roads leading to the house, but my husband's two-wheel drive car handled the roads without any issues, even in the rain. This property is about 15 minutes from the local grocery store and the downtown Harper's Ferry area. We will definitely be returning to this property and highly recommend you visit it too!
