Each of the 5 bedrooms in this home have been beautifully designed for comfort - every bedroom in this home has a smart TV. On the bottom floor, the unbelievable bunk bedroom is something you have to see to believe! Two custom, built-in bunk beds (each twin-over-twin), a SLIDE, pop-a-shot basketball, foosball, air hockey, and arcade games. This room truly has ALL the fun!

Upstairs are the remaining 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed & private ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom also has a king bed, while the fourth and fifth bedrooms have one queen bed in each.

There are 2.5 modern bathrooms throughout this home. Downstairs, the half bathroom has a sink & toilet only. Upstairs, the private master ensuite has two sinks, a toilet, and a tub/shower combo. The upstairs hallway bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
