The space
- This space was curated specifically with you in mind! We wanted to have a suite that gives you all of the luxuries an comforts of the city but in a secluded environment with breath taking views.

-Best of all we are pet friendly!(Does accompany a fee based on how many pets are planned. Please no pets on the furniture and dispose of pet waste. If either rule is found not to of been followed then we will be forced to charge a fee that is stated in our house rules.)

-This is the perfect space for a family or group looking to get away from the noise of day to day life and unwind. A game room, a bar, balconies, laundry room, humongous driveway,hiking trails, a fire pit, full kitchen, smart TVs everywhere you look, and a hot tub really set this suite apart!

-Not only do you have countless amenities but you’re provided with the best guest care! We really pride ourselves on providing you with a luxurious stay and even better guest communication and interaction! We are here for you to have the best stay possible. Our goal is to always give our guests a truly unique 5 star stay.

-There’s so much to explore and see in the surrounding area that you might become conflicted on where to spend your time! The house comes equipped with endless hours of fun and relaxation.

-Old Mans Cave is about 24 minutes away from where you will be staying but other hiking options such as Clear Creek metro park and Cantwell Cliffs are only a few minutes away.

-Antique shops and other local family owned shops are just a 3 minute drive down the freeway from your humble abode.

-So much unique and enjoyable attractions are at your finger tips just waiting for you to explore!

-Boasting 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of space to accommodate everyone!

-Security lights and electronic locks ensure that you’re provided with great security.

-If you're looking for fun things to do while here, you're in luck. Not only is there a hiking trail directly on the property, we also have a game room with a pool table, ping pong table, pinball machine, air hockey table, retro arcade game system and LED/Black lights to give this game room a unique feel.

-We also have taken the liberty of providing you with a pamphlet station that highlights all of the fun and adventurous things you and you group are able to get into while staying at this luxurious hideaway!

-To relax on a cold day with friends, or ease sore muscles after a hike, we also have a hot tub available for you to use year round.

-Downstairs you will find a beautifully rustic, yet modern, wet bar, poker table, half bathroom,and family room!

-70 inch Smart TV with a sound bar and sub woofer to make your movie night one to remember. The sectional also turns into a comfortable sleeper bed.

-You’ll also find maps of the local hiking trails and what all you are surrounded by!

-There are several smart TV's available for use during your stay that provide endless viewing options via the various streaming apps/channels available for you to sign into. Kick back and relax with a smart tv in every room!

-Laundry Room with a washer and dryer for all those laundering needs. Don’t worry laundry detergent is provided.

-Striking marble countertops and stainless steel appliances beautify the kitchen, which also happens to be stocked with utensils, serving dishes, cookware, blender, toaster, knife set, keurig with a ground brewing option, spices, and more! Literally perfect for you 5 star at home chefs.

-A coffee machine is available to you and is also fully stocked with all the basics one might want to wake up to their perfectly tailored cup of coffee in the morning.

-The dinning area is ready for you’re arrival. There is enough seating for you and you’re group!

-Next to the dinning area is the first family room. The recliner couches are adjustable for you to lay back and watch the latest movie on Netflix!

-This house comes with a balcony at every turn! You’re able to enjoy a nice cup of joe while watching the sun come up or down! The balconies give you an amazing view of the wilderness that surrounds you.

-From the living room you can head upstairs to the upper level of the house. As soon as you get up the steps you will see maps of the trails and your surroundings in the area. You can either go left or right and be in one of the bedrooms that the suite has!

-The master bedroom is to the right!

-The master bedroom provides you with an extremely comfortable king bed with a memory foam mattress with all white soft to the touch sheets and comforter. Plenty of throw pillows and a throw blanket for optimal comfortability. There is also a sleeper couch that gives you and you’re guests more sleeping options.

-Not one but TWO walk in closets with hangars that can fit any wardrobe in the master bedroom. A full bathroom is stationed in the master suite with a stand up glass and marble shower. Equipped with our in case you forgot package! Body wash, tooth brushes, tooth paste, deodorant, and extra toilet paper. Don’t forget your all white towels, to really bring home the high end look and feel of this suite.

-Once your done in the master bed room you can go to your left into the second bedroom!

-If you're looking for an upscale version of your scout camping trips, look no further than the second bedroom which features two twin over full bunk beds. This is the perfect space for friends or kids to sleep comfortably. Throw pillows and a throw blanket for each bed help give you a more comfortable vibe.

-A 55 inch smart tv mounted to the wall for your viewing pleasure! There is also a walk in closet available for you and your guests to unpack those bags and stay a while!

-The third bedroom is on the first floor across from one of the full baths! The third bedroom features a memory foam queen mattress with a solid oak bed frame. A 55 inch smart tv graces the wall with other wall art that really gives you a true mountainous feel. Of course you have plenty of throw pillows and a throw blanket to snuggle up with. Try not to sleep all day. Our mattresses are COMFY. There is a full closet equipped with wooden hangars!

-Each room provides you with a comfortable yet fun vibe that is carried from the furnishing to the smallest detail.
