Ce charmant et historique propriété du lac est la destination parfaite pour la famille et les amis. Situé sur une crique avec son propre quai privé, vous pouvez pêcher et nager pendant des heures. Cette propriété a tout ce dont vous avez besoin:

--Un Cuisine complète avec four de taille standard et un réfrigérateur ainsi que deux tables à manger pour beaucoup de place pour vous et tous vos invités.

--La salle de bain spacieuse contient également une laveuse et une sécheuse

- Nouvelle Smart TV avec Netflix

--Wifi

- Lit Queen dans la première chambre, lit de repos avec lit gigogne dans la seconde peut être utilisé comme deux lits jumeaux ou poussés ensemble pour créer un lit King size

--Sofa lit dort deux

- Tableau des activités des enfants

- Grande terrasse avec barbecue et vue imprenable sur le lac

- Quai privé pour pêcher et attacher le bateau. Le bordereau de bateau mesure 8,5 pieds de large sur 20 pieds de long. Il est à 7,5 pieds de l'eau jusqu'au chevron. Il n'y a pas de système de levage.

- Rampe de bateau publique à moins de 1,6 km à Flat Rock Park.

--Le Hideout Golf Course est situé à Lake Brownwood à quelques miles de la maison.

Hidden Gem

If you are looking for a hidden gem, and you aren’t the type that needs something fancy, then this is the place for you! My family was looking for a last minute getaway to Lake Brownwood for fishing/skiing/relaxing. Honestly, this property was one of the last listings left when we booked. However, it was exactly what we were looking for. The cabin takes you back in time, but is filled with all the modern amenities you would expect. The property grounds make you feel like you are secluded and away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is a little walk down to the boat dock, but well worth it. Beautiful scenery all the way around. The host is very attentive and truly cares about her guests. The cabin itself is a time capsule, giving you the feeling of visiting your parents/grandparents house, and you truly feel like you are part of the family while there. We will definitely be back!

Needs some improvement

The main reason we picked this house was for the dock. We own a boat. The wasp’s were so bad. Couldn’t enjoy ourselves. You should really make an effort to remove them. And the top of dock had big nails sticking out and loose boards. So it was dangerous with small children. And also we were asked to keep all our trash inside home while we stayed and they would pick it up. 3 days 6 people. That was a lot of trash we had piled up in the house. So we took our trash and dumped it at flat rock park. It was supposed to have a circle drive. We have a boat and it was not a circle drive. The internet password I was given didn’t work at all. Just some things you might want to fix it would make the next family’s stay more enjoyable

Miles Family Reunion

The host wad great as usual. It was super hot that weekend but the A/C was great. We stayed last year and there was a very noticeable difference in cleanliness inside and outside. Parking wad difficult. Trees and grass needs trimmed all aroukd the property. Patio was is disaray. TV was very small and hard to see by all. Boat dock was great and we enjoyed being able to dock our boat. Inside floors were not as clean as last year. The cabin was good, but not as good as last year. We still had a great time.

Nice lake house

It was a nice stay. The lake house has nice and surrounded with big trees for an outdoorsy feel. There was a tree swing our toddler enjoyed out back. Went down to the dock to fish. The home was clean, and the owner was very friendly.

This cottage is quaint, cute and quiet right by the lake but close to town if needed. We all loved it and will be back again!

Thanksgiving at the Lake House with the Family!

Patti had everything at the Lake House that you could want or need for your stay. Pretty much just need to bring your food. If you love nature it's the place for you all you have to do is just treat the property with love and respect. Deer grazing in the yard, turkeys gobbling, fish in the lake, etc. I WILL ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE and again Patti is the BEST! Thank you for making our family Thanksgiving AWESOME ma'am!

Amazing Cabin

My family stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and had the best experience!! We fished, swam off the dock, watched fireworks from our boat and enjoyed watching all the deer. The cabin had fantastic A/C which we were very grateful for. There is plenty of space and tons of living space which is great for family time! The dock was a little bit of a walk but worth it. We were able to keep our boat tied up in there and it was so easy to take it out for short or long periods! Would definitely rent this cabin again, we had an amazing experience and a memorable weekend!!!

Nice and quiet get away spot!

This Cabin is PERFECT for a quiet get away on the lake! I think what we loved most about the cabin is the fact it's stocked with all the dishes, blankets or games you need for a week or weekend getaway. We saw lots of deer and wild bird's and got a couple of visits from the friendly dog and cats that live in the area which we really loved! The owner is also super nice and quick to respond to any questions I had! I highly recommend this cozy cabin on the lake!

Relaxing

We had a great time. So relaxing & quiet. Don’t leave the garbage outside or in the back of your truck tho- There is a raccoon that likes to visit. Lol. He’s very entertaining to watch. Overall we had a wonderful time & didn’t want to leave! Patti is a great host & is quick to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay for 5 nights! It sounds small...2 bedrooms, 1 bath but it was spacious. 2 dining areas and a nice bar with 3 stools. Kitchen was equipped with all our cooking needs. The only con was the walk to and from the water/dock. The patio area was very nice with beautiful morning sunrise views. Very nice communication with owner. Overall, a great place to call home when on vacation.

Peaceful and quiet!! So relaxing!

Restfull vaca! Able to read and relax. It felt like we were in the country. Such pretty property! We watch baby deer and mother deer every morning.

Property needs work

I thought the property would be rustic and charming but it was rustic and in need of repairs. Metal blinds have broken slats and one doesn't close. Bathroom shower floor is slippery and there is no lighting by the shower. Lifting the toilet lid reveals a large yellow ring. Only 2 outdoor chairs to sit in but 4 of us were staying at the cabin. My husband hit his head on the kitchen sink light several times We rented a second property for the rest of our family to stay in. We also rented a pontoon boat and planned on boating between the 2 docks. That did not happen because of the dangerous path to get to the dock. One week before arrival owner sent instructions to be careful and access the lake with caution. Why would we stay at the property if we couldn't safely get to the dock. We left 2 day early and would have done sooner if it wasn't for family obligations in the area. Very disappointed - from Arizona and really wanted to enjoy the lake.

Peaceful and serene

The location of your home is simply stress releiving. The moment we pulled in our stress levels of everyday life melted away. The home is perfect with glorious views. The side porch with areas for family time, cooking out and watching/listening to naturer was amazing. The swing was a BIG hit. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Our family's cabin was built by my grandparents in 1943 while my dad was overseas fighting in WWII. They lived at the lake for several years and I enjoyed lots of time there with all of our family from near and far.
After my parents' death, I bought the house from my cousins with the purpose of keeping it for our family and generations to come. It has become a place for weekend visits and family reunions!

This property is not finely manicured but instead has a well-maintained yet natural look to give you a secluded country feeling. Many of the homes in our area are full-time homes for the people around the cove. Others are vacation homes. But all are situated on beautiful Lake Brownwood and that means fishing, swimming and fun!

We hope you'll enjoy the large patio that overlooks the lake. It is ready for you with a grill and seating for 8. The sun comes up over the lake on the patio side, so be sure not to sleep too late so you can enjoy the changing colors of the beautiful and unforgettable sunrise.
