Cuisine entièrement équipée, cafetière, micro-ondes, casseroles, poêles, etc. TV dans chaque chambre, dont 53 "dans le salon. Lit Queen et 2 - lits doubles. Vous pouvez marcher ou faire du vélo pour tout si vous ne voulez pas conduire votre voiture pendant vos vacances. Beaucoup de bons restaurants à proximité. Liked the big grassy area and pool in the center. Very quiet and the other renters/owners were very pleasant. Had all cookware and utensils that we needed. Clean and roomy for 4 adults.

Great location

This property was clean and just a short walk from the beach and many restaurants. The inlet is just a short walk and the pool is very close. Our family enjoyed our stay here!

Property is aging, but very clean. Property host was very accommodating. Added a day and a late check out.There is not a curtain to cover the slider, so make sure your dressed to use the bathroom.

I am not sure what you are referring to when you say “the slider”, and “dressed to use the bathroom”. The only sliding doors are the patio doors, and they both have drapes.

Simple, clean and close to boardwalk

Nice place, a little dated but priced accordingly, the location is close to the boardwalk and inlet. I will stay here again

The place was in a great location I was able to walk everywhere and never had to use my car while down there the host was always responsive and attentive overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful place!

This condo was absolutely perfect! Location was awesome, private but still close to everything. Pool was clean. Condo was super clean and updated. It was the perfect spot for our honeymoon.

Nice little getaway!

Sorry you found our condo dated. First, we did not advertise it as new. Second The couch, recliner, dish washer, and 2 beds have been replaced in the past year. Kitchen and bath were also just painted.

Clean, comfortable & convenient

Great stay for our 2 adults, 2 teens. Very clean. Comfortable beds and couches. Unit felt bigger and more updated than impression pictures gave, same for pool. Check in easy and host responsive. Convenient to restaurants. Quiet, family-oriented complex. Would definitely stay again.

Great time with the family

We had a great time. The property was clean, and as listed. Having small children (youngest is 4), it was a little farther than practical to walk to and from the beach, but it was a great location overall, everything was only a couple minutes away by car.

Great Vacation

My husband and I took my 4 year old grandson to Ocean City, MD for vacation. This condo was perfect for us. We loved the fact that there was a gate on the balcony that locked to keep my grandson from running down the stairs. We also enjoyed the pool which is in the center of everything. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean.

Quick stay getaway

The location was perfectly quiet and great for those looking for a mature ocean city experience and families. I felt very safe taking my morning run in the loop. The location offered off street parking and convenient access to the boardwalk, we used bikes and there was a bike rack available in the lot to store. Host was so helpful and kind when I got confused on how to check in because I misread the info and made sure I figured it out. The covered porch was great for keeping wet and sandy clothes to dry and the water pressure was great! Would stay again.

The condo was ok, there was an issue with the water in the bathroom. It was to far away from the beach, we had to drive there. The pool was really nice.

Sorry about the water control knob. That got fixed today. As for the distance to the beach, we have always been very honest and listed it as being six blocks away. Even the description says Bayside. Sorry about any confusion, but units on the beach are twice the price.

Clean and convenient, with a good pool

We enjoyed our visit to Ocean City, Maryland, and our stay here was a good part of that. The complex was quiet and family friendly, with a great pool for hanging out in (the water got quite warm though!) The air conditioners worked well enough to keep the rooms cool overnight and provide white noise. It would have been nice if there were some cutting boards in the kitchen. We enjoyed the location. It was a short enough walk to the beach, but with an early enough start, we were able to park on 26th street, a short drive away. The residence is farther from the activity on the boardwalk, which we actually preferred, and it was still close to other entertainment options north and south on the island. The green space next to the pool was also good for passing a foam football or throwing a soft baseball (per regulations.) It would be helpful if the listing noted that guests should bring all their own linens - the host didn't answer that question for me prior to booking, but was VERY responsive once we booked, which was great.

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. There was a cutting board in that unit a week ago, so if you didn’t find one I guess one of our guests took one home with them. Also, the app does list linens and towels as something you need to bring. Sorry you missed that on the app.

Unfortunately we did not realize that you needed to bring your own linens and towels as it was never explicitly stated ahead of time. I’ve never had any experiences with a stay, including in OCMD, where the basics such as sheets and towels were not included. This ended up being a big inconvenience after driving 5 hours and wanting to go to sleep, and having to drive 20 mins to go back out the store to get some linens instead. Additionally, the lockbox is very old and we had difficulties closing it back up. There is also the lingering smell of smoke in the living room when we arrived which was tough for my friend with asthma. There is also visible mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom.Overall not impressed and shocked at the high reviews. Won’t be returning unfortunately

As I explained to you when you checked in, there are TWO places in the listing that mention bringing your own sheets and towels. I am sorry that you did not read this in advance. As I explained earlier, this is not uncommon at all in Ocean City. The cleaning people in Ocean City have to turn over thousands of units every week, so they can’t possibly stay in each unit while a load of laundry runs through the washer and dryer. We haven’t had anyone else mention the sheet and towel issue all summer, so they all must have seen it in the listing. As for the smoke smell, I am guessing that it was coming from another unit, as the quests before you and after you did not mention it. If you had made us aware of it at the time, we could have contacted that owner.

Water damage issue due to roof leak, Host helped us out

Shortly after unloading our vehicle and going into the bathroom we discoved water damage from roof had leaked in and was already causing dark spots, so we contacted host and ask to leave the next morning. Host did refund us the money and we left unit today, Sunday at aprox 9:45 am Eastern time. Unit was in ok shape otherwise.

We have a contractor in the unit today taking care of this issue. It appears that a previous long term guest did not use the bathroom fan, so some mold built up on the bathroom ceiling.
