Perfect for Relaxation

Love Seabrook Island, and this villa was in the perfect location. We were a quick bike ride to the club house and just a boardwalk away from the beach. The corner porch is the perfect escape for reading a book for watching a thunderstorm on the ocean. We had a wonderful stay.

Heaven on Earth

I will be back!!! Our first vacation in 8 years. Our son stays at another house for the week but it was wonderful having beach access. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. We cooked in all 3 nights which I don't do at home.

Nice little place

Good little 1-bedroom condo unit, perfect for a couples getaway. Easy access to beaches, golf, club amenities on the island. Very cozy balcony with shade all day.

Great location and convenience

First floor unit was perfect for a few days with my small dog. Very convenient, right next to beach walkway, easy walk to beach. We did hear footsteps from the unit above on occasion but it wasn’t bad. Kitchen was well-stocked, furniture very comfortable, beach chairs and cart were a plus. Bath was very nicely renovated. AC didn’t quite keep up with humidity and mattress could use replacing but was still comfortable. Overall, fantastic stay.

Perfect for Us

We love nature, the beach, biking and the water. This Seabrook condo was just perfect for us. We didn’t need our car - we biked everywhere. Very quiet, peaceful sleep and beautiful sunsets. Fabulous location.

Lovely condo with great beach access

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this property. We loved having water views and the boardwalk to the beach right outside our door. From the porch we were able to see amazing sunsets. The Condo is well stocked and very clean. The kitchen was small but updated. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. They were perfectly adequate but could use updating. Communication with the management company was easy and smooth. All in all, we give this property five stars...it was perfect for our short getaway.

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I came to Pelican villas to celebrate a cousins wedding and our one year anniversary. We loved every second! The property led right out to the water and has everything we needed

Little piece of paradise

The property has very recently been painted, new flooring, updated kitchen and new furniture in the Living Room. The unit gives you a beach feeling and has a wonderful view. So peaceful and fresh!

Sunset Heaven

The Pelican Nest villa was more than we could have hoped for. Clean, well stocked, and the location to the beach and amenities was awesome! We biked the island, played golf, and swam in the club pool! It was great! That being said, the sunsets, either from the deck or right on the beach were amazing! A slice of heaven! This is the place to be for a coastal vacation!

This property is in a great location and very well equipped. This unit has not been extensively updated but in all other respects made for a great stay.

Great view @Pelican Watch Villa

5 star across the board. Perfect for two: well stocked kitchen, comfy deck chairs, clean bathrooms with good water pressure. Everything worked well except the coffee maker. Some walls could use a coat of paint, but we were outside and didn’t look at the walls too much. Very nice place.

Quality Villa in a peaceful setting

Comfortable with everything we needed from kitchen supplies to a beach umbrella. The location is absolutely peaceful with quiet beach, lovely sunsets, wildlife views right from the porch deck. Better detail to housecleaning prior to our arrival would have been appreciated. We would Definitely stay here again.

Beach Vacation on Seabrook

This property was fabulous! The Views of ocean were great. The villa was so well stocked with both gadgets/appliances it made it so easy to have a nice breakfast and lunch there. We would love to stay in this unit again.

Marvelous stay and convenient to beach

A great property for a couple! We stayed 5 nights. Perfect location and access to Seabrook Island beach - a very quiet uncrowded beach during the week. Important to us given the virus situation. Well stocked kitchen -- and the king bed was very comfortable!

Beautiful Views and very relaxing!

This unit was close to the public boardwalk, pet stations and outdoor shower stations. A short walk to the amenity pool, restaurant and golf course. We brought our pet, who was able to enjoy the dog beach for the first time. Walking, swimming or biking everyday! I needed to set my exercise goals higher on my Apple Watch because exercising was never so much more pleasurable in this community! The resident neighbors were very welcoming and friendly. We didn' t want to leave!!!!!
