Contemporary design juxtaposed with high-end interior makes this one of the most sought-after vacation rentals in Telluride. The welcoming atmosphere of "Local Luxury" in the heart of downtown Telluride will have you coming back again and again!
This elegantly finished retreat, located on the south side of tree-lined Pacific Avenue, "Local Luxury" is just that! As you meander up the sidewalk and onto the front porch, you will find yourself charmed by the quaint neighborhood, with colorful Victorian-style homes. Flowers and a rustic front porch swing welcome you to the home. Keyless entry provides easy access to come and go as you please.
Upon entering the home, you will be amazed by the attention to detail. The foyer has a convenient bench, coat hooks, and a front hall closet.. An exquisite powder room sits off the entryway adjacent to the living room and dining area. A rear entry off the back of the house offers ample storage space with a beautiful, hand-crafted bench and coat hooks.
The bright, open living space offers large windows bringing in the mountain surroundings with plush, cozy leather furnishings. The rustic, wood-inlay dining table accommodates six comfortably in addition to the island/breakfast bar. The well-appointed kitchen is a chef's dream with stainless-steel, Thermador appliances, granite countertops, wine refrigerator and walnut cabinetry. All the conveniences of home for entertaining or just a casual night of dining in with friends or family.
The Primary bedroom occupies the entire top floor, furnished with king-size bed, comfortable seating for lounging or reading and a large, flat-screen SmartTV. The private deck is a great place to soak up the sun while taking in the views of the San Sophia Ridge. The en suite bath is your own, personal spa with a free-standing soaking tub and steam shower with a waterfall showerhead. In addition, there is a spacious walk-in closet with stacked washer and dryer. Just above the Primary suite is a loft that offers privacy for a quiet place to lounge or practice yoga. Kids and adults alike will love this added space. A full-sized futon can accommodate sleeping for a single guest.
The lower level offers a spacious den/entertainment room and wet bar as well as two ensuite bedrooms/bathrooms. Adjacent to the wet bar, the den has a large, flat-screen SmartTV and a queen-size sleeper sofa that can be used for overflow sleeping needs.
The queen bedroom has its own, ensuite bath with glass-enclosed stone/tile, walk-in shower with waterfall showerhead and wand. This bath can also be used by guests enjoying the adjacent entertainment room. The bunk room has a full-size lower bunk and upper, x-long twin. The guest bathroom has a glass-enclosed, tiled, walk-in shower with a waterfall showerhead.
This luxurious home is complete with in-floor heat, full-size, high-efficiency washer and dryer; free, high-speed Wi-Fi, SONOS sound-system, plus AppleTV and other streaming apps at your fingertips.

We recently stayed in this beautiful home in Telluride, Colorado, and it was a delightful experience. The house was impressively clean upon our arrival which makes us feel comfortable right away.
The interior features thoughtful design choices that added to the overall ambiance of the home. Each bedroom was spacious and well-appointed with comforatble bedding that ensured a restfull night's sleep. The bedrooms each had private bathrooms, providing an extra level of convenience and privacy for everyone in our group.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, making it easy to prepare our own meals. Whether you enjoy making elaborate dinners or simple breakfasts, the kitchen had all the necessary tools and appliances.
One of the standout features of the property was a lovely porch, which provided a comfortable space to relax outdoors and enjoy the pleasant weather, It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
The location in the historical part of town was another significant advantage. We found that many restaurants offering delicious food were within walking distance making it easy to enjoy a variety of dining options without needing to drive.
After a day of outdoor adventures, returning to such a cozy home was truly enjoyable."
