Inside, warm wood floors and a calm, uncluttered layout welcome you after a day of exploring the nearby streets or attending an event. As evening settles, the studio becomes a quiet retreat while the streets glow below. The space feels both cozy and open, offering a straightforward place to recharge.



Sleeping arrangements

The studio features a queen size 12" memory foam mattress for a restful night’s sleep. For added flexibility, a full sized air mattress is also available, keeping the open feel of the studio intact.



Living & entertainment

A comfortable sofa faces a TV, creating a simple spot to unwind with a show or a book. Wood floors run throughout, adding warmth to the space. Shared gym access and a pool table in the building provide indoor options for staying active or passing the time during cooler evenings.



Kitchen & dining

A compact kitchen offers everything you need for everyday cooking and casual meals. The layout fits naturally into the studio, letting you prepare breakfast before heading downtown or enjoy a quiet dinner after a late arrival.
