We had a great stay at this clean, quiet and conveniently located apartment. The balcony is a nice feature. Just wish we could've stayed longer!

A near perfect VRBO experience. The room was clean and spacious with a great kitchen and a “Smiths” grocery store a few blocks away, which allowed me to mostly “eat in”. The check in process was very simple and communication with the host was the best I think I’ve ever had - responses within minutes. It was a 4 minute drive to the downtown area (temple square, state capitol, and convention center) and it was really nice to have the parking included. Balcony was modest but nice for getting work done in the mornings.

Great location

This property is located in central downtown SLC, which was perfect for our stay. Many places are walking distance or a short drive. The property had all basic necessities. It was easy to get in/out of building. Nice to have access to garage parking in downtown SLC!

Great, centrally located condo!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Centrally located to ski resorts in the Ogden Valley, as well as the Cottonwood Canyons. So much to do downtown. Unit was clean, property manager was attentive, and overall had a great stay!

Perfect 1bed 1bath condo

I rented this condo for a snowboarding trip. It was perfectly located, secured but easy to enter with the host’s instructions, the host was a great communicator and I was able to check in a little early. The location is safe and near all the downtown fun, restaurants and more! Additionally, the condo has all the amenities needed for a quick or long stay.

Check in was a breeze, everything was exactly how advertised. It was nice to have pots and pans on hands. The location is close enough to walk to a lot of places and the view from out balcony was west facing so we got the sunset to look at. Thank you Dave!

I staked in this cozy apartment that is in a great location with my family of 4. It’s in a great location and everything was no more than a 30 min drive. Will definitely rent again when visiting salt lake.

Home away from home

I was working locally on a project for 2 months and this place was nice and cozy to live in during my time in SLC. The Property Manager was always attentive to my needs during my stay and I would definitely room here again the next time I visit Salt Lake City.

Property is nice and clean, and looked just like the photos. It is close to tons of places downtown and helped feel super safe. I wish the hot tub hours were more flexible, but we had a great stay.

Great stay!

This is a great spot to stay in SLC! It was clean, as advertised, and cozy. The check-in process was smooth and well-detailed - the indoor parking garage was great during a surprise hail storm. Only a 15 minute walk to Trolley Station and shopping downtown! Dave was also very helpful in getting us what we needed during/after our stay! Definitely recommend!

Perfect Location!

This was a great property to stay at. It was in a great location in town, which made it easy to get around. Easy check in, and the apartment was decorated with minimal decorations which makes it very comfortable! (In my opinion). We will definitely book again! Keith

Great Location

This apartment was very clean, convenient to all, and quiet even though right in the city. You can walk to supermarkets, parks and a number of places to get dinner. The host makes everything super easy re: check in. The parking in the building is a big plus. Would totally rent here again.
