A full kitchen makes mealtime simple, and the built-in breakfast bar seats 2 for casual dining. The bedroom features a king bed, TV, and an attached full bathroom. Community conveniences include an elevator in the building, laundry facilities, and shared BBQ/picnic areas. You’ll also have assigned underground garage parking for one vehicle.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Assigned parking for one vehicle in the underground garage, space #401. Garage clearance is 7'1". A parking pass is provided in the unit and must be displayed at all times.
• Communal amenities: The complex typically offers three hot tubs (year-round), a seasonal pool, sauna, BBQ stations, picnic areas, elevators, and laundry facilities. Construction is currently underway in the complex; guests may experience daytime noise, and the pool and hot tubs are closed until further notice.
• Winter safety: During the winter months, the HOA may board certain windows to protect against falling icicles.
• Elevator: An elevator is available in the building and is operated by building management. If unavailable due to maintenance, stairs will be required.
• Connectivity: Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to the area’s rural, mountain location, internet speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service around Mammoth Lakes can also be spotty.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please plan accordingly; additional cleaning may apply if evidence of pets is found.
• Phone: A telephone is provided for local calls only.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

Location logistics: You can walk to Eagle Lodge/Eagle Express. Within about 5 minutes you’ll find Mammoth Creek Park, Rotary Park, the Town Loop Path, Sierra Star Golf Course (seasonal), Volcom Brothers Skatepark, shopping at Minaret Village (Vons) and The Village at Mammoth, and the Mammoth Museum (seasonal).
