I was a little scared with the not so great reviews but we had a wonderful stay. The pool was great and clean. The internet worked great thought out the entire cabin. The only slight issue is there is construction right Next door. So if someone is a light sleeper I would bring a fan or something to block the noise out as they were working sun up to sun down. The cabin is beautiful and it was nice still being close to everything. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Trip

Booked cabin to sleep 12, no parking for 2 vehicles. Was a new build 15 ft from cabin that we wasn’t warned about so no resting or relaxing at all. Couldn’t get outside due to dust from construction. Construction workers parked in what little area we had to park. Owner never replied back to me. Cabin looks just like in pictures except pool looks much higher in pictures. Pool was dirty, multiple bloody bandaids floated out of filter area. No WiFi or internet after first day. Also remotes to all TVs are solar powered and wasn’t charged. Had to set up TVs. We would change channel upstairs and it would change bottom level TV or Living room Tv. I know that owner can’t help the new build BUT it would have been nice to have been told so that we could have booked another cabin OR at least been prepared for this!

The outside was messy since there was construction happening right next door. It was not a welcome sight when we pulled out, but the indoors was beautiful.A door leading to the deck was difficult to open and once we got it open, we couldn't get it closed. We had to call for a handyman.Wi-fi and Cable was not functional on arrival due to cut wiring outside (which was discovered hours later). The first handyman missed this issue, blamed the local service provider and it was discovered late on the first night of the stay. By the next day (and with no timeline for resolution), we made an offer to management to help keep us as customers. It was refused so we decided to start packing. After we finished packing, we were contacted with an offer to fix the problem sooner, but we had already packed and made alternative plans.The property was beautiful and as advertised in the photos, but the actual on-site experience was uneven at best.

It was a good stay.

The property is nice because it is brand new built. The problem is that because it is brand new there were things that needed to be completed and worked out before the place was rented and that fell on us. The pool was not ready for us at all. It was dirty and the the resort said that is normal for the sediments to be in the bottom because it is new built. It was a lot of dirt in the bottom that in my opinion could have been vacuumed out. It was way to cold to swim in for 6 out of the 7 days we were there. We were told it would be at 85 degrees and that didn’t happen. We also couldn't even move in the pool due to an alarm system that kept going off every time there was the tiniest wave. We called the office and they sent maintenance out 2 times and they couldn't do anything to correct the issue. The 2nd maintenance guy asked us if the pool had looked that way from the beginning and told us it shouldn't be that cold. They said they were going to send the pool people out to get it corrected. We never saw or felt much of a difference. My 4 year old daughter was so scared of the alarm it was extremely loud and so sad that she couldn't use the pool. The tvs around the house had to be set up because it was like they were all connected to wifi and nothing had been programed to work. At 10 pm when we went down to watch a movie in the theater room and it took us an hour to just figure out how to set up the tv. The landscaping outside needs work of course I'm sure that is d
