Everything was clean and modern, and the beds were comfortable.The location was excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, including the 6 train and several bus lines. It was also very convenient for getting into Manhattan, which made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.The host was great and communicated with us throughout our stay. Overall, a perfect property and location for our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Really beautiful and spacious apartment. Was traveling for work and found the place to be so quiet and easy to sleep- which is rare in the city! The neighborhood is exactly what’s to be expected of the area. Convenient to subways and comfortable beds. Hope to visit again soon if we’re in the area

We had a very successful weekend in NY! We had professional athletes competing on Randall's island, so this location gave us close access. The clean, roomy, comfortable VRBO was a great place to prepare and recover. The athletes are convinced that the place contributed to them performing so well. One defended her National Championship and won her race. The other athlete placed 3rd in the US. Both were very happy with the weekend, and the lodging was a big positive influence on their performance. Communication was great!

This property was perfect for a long weekend in NYC. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. There is a reasonably priced valet garage and 2 separate subway lines within a 10 minute walk so it was really easy to get anywhere. I will definitely book this brownstone whenever I am in New York.

Overall it was a great stay. The address was different from what was listed and 1as given at the last min after we had already book the uber from the airport. I recently stayed in this apartment and absolutely loved it! The place was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, and the bed was super comfortable. The living room had a cozy vibe, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location couldn’t be better — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. Overall, it was a perfect stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. I think I’ve found my forever spot to stay on those trips. The host also has great communication and quick response time. If you’re looking for a place to book while visiting NY, I highly recommend this home….just hopefully it’s not when I’m visiting…lol

I was charged an additional 1000 dollars the day of the check in when I had no other option to book. The extra charge for additional guests when the place says it sleep up to 12 seems excessive. It almost doubled the price of the booking at the last minute. This could be expressed sooner so that people has options to go with another location. The home was beautiful and was what was described.

I was looking forward to my stay based on the positive reviews from previous guests. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. When it came to communication, I did not hear from the host until two days before my stay. Although I initially booked for nine guests, for some reason, the reservation ended up being for two guests. I ended up paying for ten guests, hoping to receive a refund for the difference, as we only had eight guests staying per night. Not only did I not receive a refund, but the room also only accommodated seven people, not twelve as stated on the website.During our stay, we experienced two alarms going off in the middle of the night, back-to-back, without knowing the cause. The same issue occurred in the morning as well. When I reported the alarm incidents to the host, instead of addressing the cause, I was questioned as if it was my fault. The towels were stained, and all the linens needed to be replaced. Despite checking in late, we did not see the host at all during our stay. Although the maid who came in couldn’t understand what we were trying to tell her, she quickly got someone on the phone.I came to the city for a memorial and expected a calm, warm environment for my family to grieve, not to be bombarded with extra charges and an unsanitary environment. I wish the host had made an effort to be present, listen to the guests, and be more accommodating instead of charging for even the extra hour that was initially offered with no parking.

As others have advised the address on the listing is not where you are actually staying. The day of check in the Owner will contact you advising of the different address. It's about 5 mins away for the one listed. Starting 3 days before my stay, I repeatedly asked the owner questions about parking and check in process and didn't get a response until the day of check in. The inside of the property itself is exactly as pictured, modern and clean. I however will never stay at this property again. The unit is 3br 3Ba and I traveled with 3 Adults and 2 children and paid 165 extra for "extra guests". The weekend before my stay at this property, I stayed in VA in a unit with 3Br and 2Ba. There were 10 of us and that was max occupancy. I did NOT pay per person so I find it ridiculous that this owner is charging extra when you're below max occupancy. The owner requested my direct feedback and when I stated this they stopped responding.
