Thank you for your feedback. We respectfully disagree with several statements made in this review. Most importantly, the claim that a guest was chased by an individual near the property is not supported by any evidence. We take guest safety very seriously and reviewed the available security footage from the time of the reported incident. We did not observe any event matching the description provided in this review. Our property is located in downtown Cincinnati, and like many urban areas, there are individuals from all walks of life in the surrounding neighborhood. The presence of a homeless shelter several blocks away does not mean guests are unsafe, and we have successfully hosted many solo travelers, families, and business guests without incident. The guest chose not to enter the apartment and therefore did not experience the accommodations, amenities, cleanliness, or overall stay. We understand that every traveler has different comfort levels when staying in a downtown environment, but we believe future guests should know that this review reflects the guest’s perception of the surrounding area rather than an actual stay at the property. We remain committed to being transparent about our downtown location and to providing a safe, clean, and comfortable experience for our guests.
