Enjoy stunning views of Lake Dillon and the Tenmile Range from the living room and large balcony of this quiet, peaceful condo. Just steps from the lake, this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps four, with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

During the summer, take advantage of easy access to scenic bike paths and hiking trails, and for water enthusiasts, the nearby rental shack offers paddleboards, kayaks, and canoes for the whole family. Dillon Amphitheater is less than a mile away so you can walk to world class concerts with a mountain backdrop.

For winter adventures, the condo is central to all of Summit County’s ski resorts: 10 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to A-Basin, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, and 20 minutes to Breckenridge. After a day of adventure, unwind in the sauna, soak in the hot tub with views of the mountains, or explore nearby shopping and dining options in Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco,
and Breckenridge.

The condo features a wood-burning fireplace, a spacious private balcony, cable, Wi-Fi, and a full-sized kitchen stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware. The Clubhouse offers a number of amenities shared with the complex, including an outdoor hot tub, sauna, lounge with a pool table and fireplace, and coin-operated laundry facilities. There is assigned covered parking beneath the building and a ski locker for your convenience. Towels and an initial supply of toiletries are provided.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

I would say there were good things and not so good things. The place is in a great location with easy access to Breckenridge. So the place was clean enough but it is very outdated. Carpet in the bathroom around a toilet is not the greatest idea. It's a virtual guarantee that it is not clean. Place has potential to be great, bad it is definitely 80s style gown to the wallpaper border. No issues with stay but did not receive texts regarding entry 7 days prior or day of.

Because it is located in a convenient area, it was easy for me to shop, dine, and drive to ski mountains (Copper/Keystone/Breck, etc.). The condo was very clean and had been well managed, but I noticed some of the appliances were kind of old (but in good shape). It comes with a covered parking space, so I didn't have to defrost my car and/or clean snow off it in the morning.One thing is that the cell reception of my T-Mobile phone there, especially in the bedroom, was spotty.

Lovely stay in Dillon!

We had a lovely time at the condo. It was clean and as described, with beautiful views of Dillon Reservoir. Our only feedback would be clearer instructions to get to the hot tub area, but we were able to find it. The hosts were helpful and communicative. We'd love to stay again in the future.

Cozy and comfortable

Spacious 1 bedroom condo with beautiful views. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with property management was great. The key box took a few tries to crack into and could be replaced with a nice door lock. But otherwise a great place; We'd stay there again.

Great spot

The location was great for riding at Abasin and the views were incredible. The only down side was the comfort of the bed. It was a cheap matress and extrememly uncomfortable. We even pulled out the pull out couch but it was much worse.

Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. If someone does not like the mattress we can offer a replacement air-mattress or mattress topper if we are made aware of the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful spot on the water! The condo is very clean & very comfortable. Easy drive access to town with many restaurants nearby. We took a drive to Vail & another to Breckenridge to see the aspen which were spectacular! I would definitely book this condo again!

Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental, you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
