We have stayed in several chalets at Eagle Crest and this one takes the cake. Check-in was smooth, great communication with owner, and the chalet is in great condition. Chalet has been upgraded with new appliances, supplied with everything we needed, and a game room for the kids. Very happy with our stay and looking forward to our next vacation there. Thank you for a wonderful time.

4-days in Redmond

Our family had a good time in Redmond doing all the outdoor activities and using the amenities the resort provided. As for the rental itself, the house was clean when we arrived and communication process was easy and prompt. WiFi was good ( easily connect all 15 or so devices we had all at the same time). What was disappointing was that the some of the facilities/equipments that was listed in the listing was either missing altogether (hot Tub) OR missing parts (like puck for the air-hokey table, balls for the foosball table) OR were of low quality like the couch in the living room and the master-bedroom mattress which basically sunk in when we sat/laid on it that it caused back pain for me and my husband. Hope these can be fixed for future renters.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your time in Redmond and found the home clean with easy communication and strong WiFi—especially with a full house of devices! We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the amenities. We're sorry to hear some items fell short of expectations during your stay. We’ve since replaced the air hockey puck and foosball balls, as those were broken during use, and we’re evaluating the living room furniture and mattress to ensure future guests have a more comfortable experience. Your input helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again.
