If you’re fortunate enough to stay here, you’ll find a tastefully decorated apartment with breathtaking views, at a resort that’s second to none in the area, and a attentive host, effortless check in and checkout

Didn't want to leave

Lovely place with an incredible view. Thrilled to have stayed for a month and wish it were longer. Our host was amazing and the location as well. Amazing beach, pool, grill and super close to lots of food and dining options. Look for a video review on our YouTube channel "Wandering Hartz" shortly.

Perfect Beach Escape

I loved my nearly two months staying here. The deck, pool, and beach access are superb. The apartment itself is very cute and well appointed with all you need for a long term stay. Beach access is unbeatable and gives you access to a lovely part of Rincon’s coast. If you’re looking to surf though, you’ll often be driving across town which can get congested with traffic on the weekends. Some of the shared facilities were not in use due to COVID but the important stuff (pool, deck chairs) all worked and were pretty well maintained. Noel was a fantastic host and super communicative. Responded quickly via text to all my questions. Thanks, Noel! Would definitely book this place again.

What a great stay and view!!!

Our 1st impression was WOW!! Walking in, you see the ocean in the distance and Desecheo Island. It was amazing!! The rooms were all tastefully furnished with the beach theme. Everything was so clean. The property was also well maintained. We used the pool and jacuzzi. It was nice sitting in the jacuzzi looking up at the stars. It also had a nice beach to take in the rays. We could not be more pleased and happy to be there. We did NOT want to leave. We would surely go back again, and again, and again. Thank you Noel for allowing us to spend our time in beautiful Rincon in an equally beautiful apartment.

Beautiful view

Quiet and Beautiful location. You had a view of the ocean from the living room, kitchen and master bath. The grounds were beautiful too. Beach was steps from pool. Noel was very responsive to any problems or concerns. Great place Would definitely return

Great week in Rinco!

Our family of 5 spent a week here. Condo unit was as described and shown in pictures. Condo grounds were well kept and very secure (gated community). Great beach access and nice pool deck. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. About a 5 minute car ride to town with lots of yummy restaurants and additional beaches. Very relaxing week!

Lovely, Clean, End-Unit With Ocean and Forest Views

We had a wonderful time in Rincon with our 7 year old. Noel was fantastic, meeting us when we arrived to show us the unit, complex, etc. We had no issues but Noel was kind enough to check in mid-week. The ocean was calm in August (almost no waves) and we were typically the only ones on the beach. The pool was also very nice. Like many beach towns, power lines are above ground, in large part and the supply is spotty. Fortunately this complex has a back up generator. The condo was within a short drive of grocery stores, restaurants, snorkeling and diving shops and other beaches. I would definitely go back and rent from Noel again.

A Most Enjoyable Stay

Our first stay in Macor by the Sea after 12 years of visiting Rincon and we could not have had a more enjoyable visit. Mr. Serrano is a very cooperative and attentive landlord who worked with us to make our stay comfortable. The property is accurately described in the Home-Away page and all the pictures are 100% current and accurate. All the details and items listed are correct. The condo is very clean and well maintained. All the major and minor appliances are clean and in good working order. There was a large selection of linens for the beds, bath and beach. Additionally, there was a good selection of beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for our use. The facilities and common areas at Macor are well maintained by the staff. All the owners and renters respect the use of the areas, including the decks and deck furniture, the community grill, the work-out room and equipment and the community cooking area. Its just steps to a beautiful swimming beach with plenty of shade and space. A quick shower in the solar-heated water, a dip in the clean pool provided a great end to a day at the beach. And there was always magnificent sunsets with cocktails on the beach, on the common area deck or from the condo's balcony. We have already booked for next year to take full advantage of Mr. Serrano's wonderful hospitality and his great condo.. A Most Enjoyable Stay!

Awesome Rincon beach rental

Just returned from stay in Rincon. The rental unit was in top shape. Everything you need - nice furniture, complete kitchen accessories, beach articles, and an amazing view of the ocean. The condo complex is kept up very well with very nice common areas. Rincon is a very nice area. Very laid back. You will not find hopping night clubs or glitzy restaurants here, but it has some great beaches, nice restaurant options, nice people, and world class sunsets. We love Cambija for skewers and check out sunset at Cofresi. The owner of the unit is super nice and was very helpful. He provided timely information, and really made the rental a nice experience. Kudos!

very nice stay

We had a very nice stay in this condo. It is in good condition, nicely decorated, and has an excellent view of the palm trees and the ocean. It also has beach chairs and everything else you would need for a fun vacation. The owner was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
