The location was perfect and exactly as described. Our family of 4 (two kids 13 and 11) had a great time in the pool and we loved the easy walkable access to downtown Rincon and short drives to many beaches. So many cool places to explore with the condo being the perfect home base. The host was super responsive, definitely would recommend.

This was such a lovely location! Close delicious restaurants, the beach was delightful! The oven didn’t work and there were multiple microwaves without any insight as to why lol but we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

This was our 3rd year staying at this listing. It is the ideal size and location for our group of 6. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. Having 2 bathrooms is an advantage. There is a beautiful beach right across the road and a pool at the complex to enjoy. Another benefit is having laundry available in the unit. This meets all our criteria in looking for a place to rent.

Location was amazing, truly right across from the beach. My only wish was that there a few more supplies there lush dish soap, hand soap and tissues. Our host was amazing, very responsive!

We love this location. The beautiful beach right across the street and the downtown shopping/eating area just a few minutes' walk away. Also, many historical and interesting attraction within a short drive. This is a great location is you want to visit the east end of the island. As an additional note, this complex has its own diesel generator units that supply electricity if/when there is a power outage.

The location is AMAZING! We walked down to the local bakery every morning. We noticed the prices there were cheaper than the grocery store. You can get up and head right down to the beach! The food we ate around the area was the best food we had all trip. The beach is a little rocky.We used eye masks to sleep- better window covers would have been great. The one thing that kept me up at night was the warnings about the plumbing. In some areas you do not flush toilet paper and the plumbing is older. My husband has some gastro issues and it was something that I worried about at the condo. We tried to use bathrooms else where when we could. Nothing ended up happening, but I did lose sleep over it.

Perfect location, secured entry and attentive and helpful guards. Felt VERY safe! Right across the street from a grocery store (short drive). Luquillo Beach has very calm water and is a very short drive! Playa Azul has bigger waves and perfect for body boarding! Great apartment and clean! Beautiful balcony overlooking the beach area.

Absolutely Amazing!!

This is my 2nd time staying here and again no complaints!! Everything was perfect, great communication with host! I come to Puerto Rico every year with my family and this place will always be the spot that I would stay at! The views are amazing, the pool is perfect to end a long day

Property was great. The balcony was terrific. It was a great location-just across from the beach and walking distance to several other beaches. Food and town center were also close.

This property has a great location across the street from beautiful beach! Walked over for sunset and swimming. The pool was refreshing, too. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We plan to return.

great location

the condo .was comfortable and well appointed. It was very clean and well appointed, spacious living room, kitchen, and balcony. The two bedrooms and two baths worked great since we were traveling with my granddaughter. Location was excellent. It was within walking distance of the town and across the street from the park and the beach. Great Places to eat near by. Highly recommend. The only down side was the availability of TV Channels on the Television, Wi Fi worked well
