Sur un budget? Restez dans cette deluxe studio, offrant tout neuf. Pour votre confort, vous trouverez une unité de climatisation glaciale, une télévision câblée avec chaînes anglaises, un accès Internet sans fil, une télévision haute définition à écran plat, un lecteur DVD Blue Ray et les sons du Coqui.

Votre appareil est livré avec bain et serviettes de plage, ustensiles de cuisine, ustensiles, couverts, tasses, verres à vin, grille-pain, mixeur, sèche-cheveux, etc.

Il y a aussi un jacuzzi en taille réelle dans la salle de bain qui est fait pour deux. Cette unité est parfaite pour une escapade romantique.

Pour la plage il y a des chaises de plage, un parasol et un refroidisseur pour votre commodité. Il suffit de demander à l'agent de la maison.

La maison est à distance de marche (2 min) à proximité Puntas Bakery qui a tout du petit déjeuner au soleil lotion de bronzage. Si vous êtes familier avec la région, alors vous avez entendu parler de restaurants et de bars comme The Lazy Parrot et Tamboo. La maison est à environ 5 min en voiture de l'une de ces destinations populaires

Surf Up: Surf? Rincon est célèbre pour le surf et cette maison est idéalement situé pour les plages de surf (5 min en voiture ou 15 min à pied), ainsi que les écoles de surf pour vous tous, assez audacieux pour explorer!

Relaxation: Préférer la pose sur la plage pour le surf? N'ai pas peur. Rincon est célèbre pour ses plages. Si vous voulez juste jeter sur le sable et prendre un plongeon occasionnel dans l'eau, il y a beaucoup de stations à proximité qui vous offrent cette option. Renseignez-vous à l'intérieur et je vais vous en parler.

Close to fun snorkeling, paddle boarding, running, and hiking.

Comfortable for recovering each day over 5 days of activity outside in the perfect weather. Close to food shopping and many restaurant options on/near the ocean and excellent sunsets.

A great spot!

I stayed here for two weeks. The location is perfect- a quick drive to the beach, restaurants, and town. The space is clean, quiet and has everything you need for a short or long term stay- kitchen, WiFi, laundry, beach towels, chairs, cooler and a balcony with a beautiful ocean view - could not ask for more! Ivan was super responsive and kind when I needed assistance. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Rincón!

The property was cleaned/stocked/located well enough (the upstairs units would have been a better match for me!), however, what made this stay great was the easy, quick communication any time I had to speak with my host Ivan. He got back to me within minutes and always aimed to please. Will definitely try and come back...soon!

Perfect Rincon Spot

I’ve been to Rincon about 10 times and trust me when I say this is a great location. You’re about a 2-5 minute drive from the beach and a bunch of restaurants and shops. On site parking is awesome and the host was very communicative and attentive Awesome spot you won’t be disappointed!

Wasn’t sure about what unit. Got a code to upstairs instead of downstairs unit. No instructions about WI-FI in unit. Had to call owner. But phone had no service. So had to walk to surf shop. Wi-Fi out for half the time.

Just great

My best friend and I went on a week-long surf trip and stayed here. It was great. Nice place to stay, good location, good accommodations. Nydia was absolutely fantastic. I'm writing this review on the Monday after my spring break trip there, and I am downright bummed that I didn't wake up there this morning and that I'm not sitting at one of the great surf breaks near there, but instead that I'm sitting in class.

Never heard anyone that was staying in the upstairs unit. Ivan was always very prompt returning emails! Nydia was also very pleasant and helpful. Driving in the area is a challenge but that seems to be typical of the area. It is not really a good idea to walk in the puntas as the roads are narrow and there are no sidewalks. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Rincon. Never turned on the stove cause there are so many restaurants/food trucks all over! Tons of beautiful beaches to explore.

A pleasant 30 days!

We were a group of 7 vacationing for the entire month of July 2016. We rented all 3 units. Ivan was efficient, responsive and informative before and throughout our stay. Nydia the property manager, was warm, welcoming and accommodating. The property appeared just as expected from how it was presented in advertised photos. There were ample beach and home supplies available to us. We are all very tidy folks and had no issues with maintaining cleanliness for ourselves just as we would if we were at home. We all felt comfortable and safe in the neighborhood /area. Our stay was lengthy enough to explore the entire island and we were glad we chose to stay in the Puntas, Rincon area because we were able to soak up so much local culture with great beaches, water activities, fresh produce market, authentic Puerto Rican food, and a street market with various vendors on Thursdays and Sundays. Very close by (within 5-10 mins drive), we enjoyed snorkeling and empanadas at Steps Beach, Parasailing from the Marina, fresh oysters and shopping at Maria's beach and food specials and Karaoke at the Beach House. It rained nearly everyday for short periods, but it never kept us from enjoying activities. We usually got out early, ate lunch while it rained, then got back out when the sun reappeared. This property does not have a swimming pool, but after meeting 2 other vacationing families at Karaoke and at the beach, we accepted a few invites for taking a dip, which was really cool! We truly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Cozy, Private, and High-Class!

I spent 4 nights at this property. This was my first trip to Rincon, and I don't think I could have chosen a better location to stay. This house is central to everything you want to do in Rincon! Literally right down the street in either direction (maybe 3 minutes if you drive slow) is surfing a beach (Sandy or Marias), sushi/foodtrucks/bars, and more nightlife! On the first night I was greeted by Nydia (who is SO patient, what an angel!) at a very late 10pm. She was able to give me directions and stayed on the phone with me multiple times even though I was so lost and had bad service. I would recommend loading your GPS to go to "The Lazy Parrot" and the house is about 1/2 mile up after Happy Bowls bakery with a sign thats hard to see at night. The studio I stayed in is beautiful. Everything looked 100% new. So new, in fact that some things weren't 100% set up when I first got in, but there is no way I can take off a star for that, who complains about something being TOO NEW? The king size bed was very comfortable. The TV was sufficient. Fridge cold, oven/stove were small (still 4 burners) and got the job done. I haven't told you about the bathroom yet. Beautifully tiled from wall to wall, the tub looked like it was worth more than the entire house, huge with jets everywhere. The view from the house is also quite a sight! Nydia was always available to give me guidance of the area, and help me with any questions I had about my stay. I honestly would not have had such a great time if it weren't for her. Thank you Nydia and I can't wait to come back and see you!

Great value and views

Nydia greeted me, gave me my key, and directions to get to my place to stay for the next four days. She was very helpful since I got lost en route to my place. Once I entered my room I was quickly taken a back on how spacious it was. The place was extremely clean, cable, wifi, and everything you would need in the kitchen. Not only was it very spacious, but it had a great view of the ocean. I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings to eat my breakfast and enjoy the view of the ocean. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Rincon.

Great value, excellent location

My wife and I spent 8 nights at this property. It was our second trip to Rincon/Puntas. This location is ideal for quick access to all the main beaches and many restaurants. You can't go wrong here. Ivan was very nice and helpful and Nydia was so sweet and accommodating. The bed was big and comfortable, the TV and cable worked great, wifi was good, nice water pressure and plenty of warm water, A/C kept us really cool, and the kitchen worked great for making some quick meals. The big tub is nice, but fair warning, it'll take about 45 min to fill it. The unit provided us with beach towels, a nice cooler, and chairs for the beach. So don't worry about bringing any of that stuff. I really can't say enough good things about this place. You are getting a great value for your money and you can trust that Ivan and Nydia will make sure you have a nice experience in Rincon.

Amazing studio, great location, very comfortable

The studio was great! We had a rental car and had our own off street parking, it was a one minute walk to happy bowls, a great breakfast spot/bakery, and the beach was right down the road. Ivan and Nydia were very helpful and friendly, and pointed us to some great mofongo spots! This place was a steal in such a great location. The studio was extremely comfortable and wifi was also a big plus! I'll be going back here next time we visit.
