Enjoy swimming in a private pool? Great! We have a beautiful pool in a private enclosed, fenced backyard oasis. (Heat available on request) Enjoy the lounge chairs next to the pool while you listen to the peaceful sounds of the koi pond. An expansive new trex deck with a gas grill is ready for all chefs. Multiple lounging spaces are tastefully placed out back to make many memories with your loved ones. Gather around the 2 fire pits – one with real firewood, the second with propane for instant flames. At night let your body sink into the warm embrace of the well maintained hot tub with night lighting. Come visit!

The space

A modern getaway with 4 spacious bedrooms plus a large bonus/game room with additional full bed. There are 6 beds, one queen inflatable mattress on request, and two couches. Hike Minnewaska Park nearby or go on a wine tour at the many local wineries. Enjoy a tasting tour at Angry Orchard, just 7 minutes away.

There is a local farm-stand just down the road on the corner of E Searsville Rd and Albany Post Rd.

There is plenty of space for at least five cars in the driveway. ENTIRE GARAGE IS available for guest use year round! (Garage is equipped with an EV car charger!)

Need baby gear during your stay? We supply 2 travel cribs, 1 high chair, baby gates and a baby bath at no additional charge. Please let us know if you need them prior to check-in and we’ll have things ready.

PLEASE NOTE that the pool will be available May 1st through October 15th this year. October 16th 2024-May 1st 2025 the pool is seasonally shut down. The Hot Tub is available all year round.
