Really nice, house. Location was great. There were 8 of us there for a girls weekend. Plenty of room for all.Clean, attentive host, kitchen was well stocked for our needs. Hot tub was great.

Excellent getaway for our multi generational family. All rooms are very spacious and beautiful, the property is gorgeous with a river view. I never had a better communication with hosts, literally 24/7 and they answer immediately. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay, in spite of a terrible heat wave. The air conditioning needed to be good, and it was excellent :) When looking for a house to rent for a family gathering, air conditioning wasn’t on my mind. But it turned out to be more important than usual. The house is spacious, clean, extremely comfortable. The location of the house gives you very quick access to New Paltz. But set off the road, in a wooded area, it feels like you’re in a quiet forest. It was a great place for our multigenerational group to come together.The management team was extremely responsive and helpful.

Wonderful property! The house is beautiful and spacious with lots of fun things for both the kids and adults to do. The riverside fire pit is amazing, as is the hot tub and lovely deck overlooking the river. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Great location near New Paltz and the state park.

It is such a beautiful home and property!!!! The host is wonderful and is excellent with communication. The hot tub is perfect as it’s outdoors but covered. We used the fire pit in the front yard for smores. There is also a relaxing hammock in the front yard. We also enjoyed the rock wall in the basement. My kids loved it!!!! Can’t wait to come again

We had a lovely stay in New Paltz. The location is perfect and close to the town and local outdoor activities. The house was spacious and clean. Serg and Aaron were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Check-in was seamless. Our family will definitely be back next fall!

We specifically picked this house last minute to have a place to go and visit the gonks and be able to do some work and watch the world cup matches. The house itself is as described and was a great fit for our family of four. The amenities were as described with the exception of the internet speed. If you need high speed internet I would not chose this property. At night it especially diminished during our stay to a point that we could not stream a single game on a single tv with all other devices turned off. They specifically list in the description of the property that they have 250mB service even at it's best speed during the day it was about 60% of that speed. I let the property management team know on the first night and was basically told to reset the modem and router which I did several times to no avail. At the end of our stay the property management company said it was something that was uncontrollable and they would have their ISP out to check after we left. We ended up missing several world cup games which was a big part of our trip. There's also not much else to do at night so just be aware that if you are relying on the internet for entertainment it might not work.

Had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home. Four bright bedrooms and three contemporary bathrooms. Comfortable and secluded nestled in the woods among natural habitats which you can enjoy from the large deck! Lots to do in the area including plentiful restaurants! Everyone really loved the house, especially the hot tub. In fact, one of the attendees asked for the link to the house as she planned to return again for a possible mother-daughter weekend getaway. We had a terrific weekend. The house was clean, modern and very accommodating. We loved the layout of the home and all of its amenities. The location was a short drive to town and we had plenty of space on the deck to enjoy the beautiful trees and land. The deck even had a view of the river.
