The perfect home away from home. Has everything you need and more. Even had toys for our kids to play with, life vest, pool toys. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place

Staying here was one of our kids' favorite parts about our trip. Convenient location with easy access to the highway and stores, clean house with everything imaginable and clearly labeled, and so many amenities. One of the best places we've stayed - owner has put so much thought and consideration into the house and was very responsive and helpful.

our stay!

We come to NM every year to race in Vado the weather this year was crazy, So we decided to get the kiddos out of the RV for a few of the off days and stay here! Was clean spacious great neighborhood! As well the hot tub and pool was an amazing bonus. So easy to reach and get response from the Host would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay at the Cozy Desert Escape

This property was great for our family staycation. Great property for families with littles or want some pool and patio time. I enjoyed coffee and the view of the sunrise every morning of our stay. Best experience

I have stayed in many properties and have never had a host so happy to help. Property is exactly as indicated on listing. Beautiful home with great amenities and the host and property manager were both very kind and generous. We stayed during a horrible wind storm and she made sure we were comfortable. This will be my go to home when I’m in town.

Great house, host, and amenities. You always hope the stay is as good as the pics and descriptions. This place delivers on that -Clean and functional pool and hot tub. Arcades are in perfect working order. Foosball and corn hole are quality and sturdy. Everything you need in the kitchen with a generous coffee/hot choco/tea bar. Filtered water in the sink and fridge. Cozy bedrooms. Master en suite is huge. Bedding is comfy. Towels are plentiful. Mattresses are on the firm side.It’s a wonderful spot my family enjoyed calling home for a few days. I’ll be back so please don’t break anything

Peaceful weekend getaway

House was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Hot tub and pool were perfect for the kids and adults. My teens especially loved the arcade games in the game room! The kitchen had a well stocked beverage station (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) and also had a nice snack basket. Anything you need is in this kitchen! The backyard has a beautiful view of the mountains so we spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying the view. Many amenities are within a 5-min drive and popular restaurants are within 15-mins. The property owners were very responsive to any questions I had before and during our stay.

Fantastic Family Retreat

Super responsive host, pool is heated, and there is a jacuzzi! Inside, there is a game room with vintage consoles (we kept the doors shut as our 3.5 yr old was interested, but didn't have appropriate skills). The bunk bed room has SO MANY TOYS! Definitely kept little guy interested and provided fun interactions for this great aunt. Beds are comfortable and the 2.5 bathrooms work well with 4 people. Oh, and there are outdoor toys! Nice welcome with snacks and any questions are answered quickly. Host is patient too!

Awesome Host

Ashley was a great host, very attentive in answering questions about the home. She communicated with me effectively and the house was very comfortable. We enjoyed all the games available and the neighborhood was very nice. I would recommend this host and if I ever need another stay, I will definitely be a return guest. Ashley left me a gift of cupcakes for my birthday celebration and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Ashley you are a very gracious host! Amazing stay in Las Cruces!

We had an amazing stay here!! I would highly recommend this home if you are visiting las cruces. We have 3 teenagers and an 11yo and it was the perfect place for us. It was roomy and Ashley (the host) had thought of everything!! Coffee & hot chocolate bar, snacks, pool toys and outdoor toys! Every detail was covered! The home is super kid friendly with portable crib, toys and books. Ashely was also VERY responsive to any questions we had and went above and beyond to make our stay incredible!! The home was well laid out and we were all very comfortable there. I only wish we had more time. Our boys loved the old school video games and had lots of fun playing each other. The backyard and view is just amazing and so relaxing. We will definitely book again when we return to the area.
