4 nights of bliss

We spent 4 nights here in March 2025. The view was spectacular and the condo had everything we needed and more. This will be our “go to” home away from home for beach trips. Absolutely loved the owners and enjoyed every aspect of spring break!

This condo was VERY clean and had everything we needed and more! Our kids got stung by jellyfish and they even had some vinegar under the kitchen sink. Ha! We had 5 adults and 7 kids and there was room for us all. Pool was clean every morning. Views were beautiful! We will definitely be coming back here. The beds were even comfortable!! Christi was very informative and friendly, she even let us check in a little early since our room was clean and ready when we got there Sunday. Highly recommend!!! We will 100 % be back soon

Great for the large group of ppl we had. Good location. Building is a bit dated and elevator is hot and slow. Would stay there again.

Great place

We loved the layout of the place and easy access to the beach. Elevators are a little slow and parking was limited but we never moved our car so it was fine for us. Might be tricky in the busier months. We had some gorgeous sunsets! Overall great stay!

Best place for a family

Loved this condo. It was so quite being on the end. So roomy. Plenty of sleeping places. Nice size kitchen. Walking distance to so much. Beach right out your door. Booking with itrip was so easy. Already looking to book again.

Anniversary/Birthday Celebration

Our stay at the Castaways was nice, location was a lil uneasy to find and the only down fall to our stay was the balcony. It was very small- not intended for a large group-not spacious. We had a nice little happy waiting for us. Overall it was a nice stay.

Fantastic stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved staying here. Location was great, views were incredible, condo was so clean and roomy! We had my husband and I with our two 17 y/o sons and they each brought a friend. We had more than enough room to spread out when we wanted at the end of the night and lots of beds! We would absolutely stay here again. Parking lot is less than desirable but that was my only issue and wouldn’t stop me from booking here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was great besides the parking lot. It is VERY small!! The spaces are barely big enough for an SUV, all passengers had to get out before we parked or you couldnt get out, and then you have people (several) that park over the line so the other space can't be used because there isn't room. It was very frustrating.

Great room, terrible parking

we loved the room. plenty of space. lots of places for people to sleep and have areas to themselves. it was clean, everything worked ( once you figure out the ceiling fan remotes). lots of tvs, and the ac worked good and there was hot water. back deck was nice, great view. we would definitely stay here again with a big group. only problem is parking. the lot is tiny, the spaces are tiny , big pick up trucks dont stand a chance. at first i was peeved that they would only give us 2 parking passes for a place that sleeps 12.....but it really didnt matter, only one of our party actually got to use the parking lot anyway because it was either full or our vehicles wouldnt fit in the partially open spaces, the other 2 vehicles in our party had to park across the highway in a big vacant lot. dont know whos it was, no signs saying no parking so we did the whole time with no problems.

So many issues

While this is in a good spot and easily walkable, the building itself is in bad shape. The parking lot is so small that everyone is taking up two spaces and there is no additional parking nearby. Our code didn’t work when we got there and had to wait for a new email with a new code. There were no sheets or pillow cases on any of the beds-had to call for that and wait. This condo is on the 8th floor and had no water multiple times. When we called about it the first time, they said the pump for the building isn’t strong enough. No fix. Just wait for water. Once we waited for half an hour just to be able to flush a toilet. Apparently property management has changed, so when I called with these issues after hours I was told they no longer manage the property. The number I was given was out of service. I’m not sure who is really in charge and other than the water and awful parking situation, everything was resolved. I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this whole stay was just over the top bad.

Castaways 8D gets an A+ from us!

This was a last minute booking and I can not be more pleased! Condo was beautiful and very accommodating for our large party of 10. Plenty of room for all of us. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Great beach view! We even had boxes of delicious cookies waiting for us upon our arrival!! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo, located directly on the beach, close to several restaurants, pool is cleaned every morning, easy access to beach! One of our favorite places to stay!! We will be back! Owner was easy to reach! Also, they delivered cupcakes and cookies upon our arrival! 🙂
