With 1,006 sq. ft. of wonderfully decorated living space, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, making it perfect for families or groups traveling together. The space is very compact and I cannot imagine having 9 people stay there. We only had 5 and it was tight. The bathrooms/showers could use some updating. The front door is hard to shut. The master bedroom was nice size and the seating outside was a bonus. There was no sound barrier between floors. We could hear every step above us. Location was good and right across from the beach. Most rentals there we’ve stayed in have some beach equipment, beach towels, more than 1 roll of toilet paper and basic spices, this rental didn’t.

Regarding the supplies, we provide an initial starter set of essentials, including one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, to help guests get settled. As noted in our listing, rental agreement, and pre-arrival information, guests are responsible for bringing or purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay. Because of health and safety considerations, we also do not leave opened spices or beach equipment in the unit. The condo was beautiful and clean. It covered everything we needed. Parking was convenient. The road between the building and the beach got busy at times, but that was only noticeable when going to the beach or being on the patio.

We really liked our time in gulf shores nice place here too. Really nice to see flowers and water and candy waiting for us .Nice touch ! Thanks for taking the time to review your stay Mary! Upon you checking out there were several issues found in the condo and were surprised you did not let us know. 1. The kitchen granite was stained & we had to pay someone to get the stain out which took us days. 2. The master mattress is completely stained with feces & we had to order a $500 mattress before our next guest arrives. 3. There was feces on the walls in the bathrooms, on the dishwasher and the place was a wreck. We will be pursue collecting the damages through VRBO.

Such a cute condo, walking distance to the beach. Check in and out was really easy and detailed. Clean and ready when promised. Really loved that there was a beach cart, made our trip that much easier with an infant!

Exactly as described. Clean, beautifully decorated, close to beach. Several things made life eaiser (wagon, laundry basket, vacuum, vinegar for sunburns, lots of bed pillows, keurig). Being on the bottom floor was a big plus, cant imagine lugging beach gear up and down stairs (though the upstairs neighbos were very loud.) Shared facilities nice - grills, pool, beach chairs and toys to borrow and return. Property well taken care of with stocked kitchen. Host is a fast and friendly communicator. Would definitely stay here again.

Location of this property was good for our family. Directly across the road from the ocean and right down the road from the fishing pier, where the boys stayed most of the time. I enjoyed the location to the state park, where I was able to take a morning walk. The property was very clean. It was close proximity to shopping, groceries, restaurants and activities. Also it was within an hour drive to Pensacola Beach where we were able to see the Blue Angels perform and go to the mall. We also took an hour drive to tour the USS Alabama while here. NO RAIN until the very last night when we were already in the room, packing up to leave the next morning. The master bedroom had a very firm mattress for those who enjoy that. We did have to take a TV with us as the bunk room did not have a TV. The only issue we experienced was with this being a ground floor unit, we had to listen to the family above us running and jumping and crying from around 8a til about 11p off and on each day. Unfortunately, the property management for this unit was not the same for the unit above, so there wasn't much that could be done. The property manager was very quick to respond to my messages though, so that was a blessing. Overall, we would return again to this property.

Overall, the condo was good, not great. The location was a plus being at the end of condos in Gulf Shores and easy access walking across the street to get to the beach. The communication was great as well, very responsive. Also not too far to drive anywhere. Took a star off as it was too much furniture for the space. I could not imagine using the space for 7 people. We originally were going to have 6 but two canceled last minute. With 4, 2 teens, the space works well. The entry way was tight reducing space for coming back from the beach. The king bed is hard if this is your thing. And since we were on the first floor we could hear everything above including late night restroom use. Also strangely, the night before we left, water came up through the master bathroom floor. Not sure where it was coming from, we did have lots of rain that night. It soaked the bath mat which was dry when we went to bed. Hopefully this is fixed for future use.

Great experience

We stayed here for Hangout Music Festival, and it was the perfect location. It was clean and there were people monitoring the parking lot and ensuring parties weren’t happening. It was overall a great experience. This was my first time using VRBO and I will for sure be using it again!
