This picturesque community in the northwest area of greater Branson may just be the best kept secret in all the Ozarks!
The Space:
Perched high on a ridge surrounded by hundreds of acres of serene wilderness, this quiet 2-bedroom condo in the desirable Notch Estates strategically positions you away from all the traffic and congestion of the city proper while keeping you within close proximity to the oodles of excitement and adventure it holds whenever you choose to explore it. Finding entertainment right on site is also an option, however, between the hiking trails, childrenâs playgrounds, swimming pools, 5-acre lake, picnic pavilions with outdoor grills, and more.
When planning days away from home, be sure to allocate ample time for exploring the wider Branson area. Just 5 minutes from you is the thrilling Silver Dollar City, perfect for families and adrenaline seekers alike. As you head downtown, don't miss the Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, Titanic Museum, Aquarium at the Boardwalk, or Dolly Partonâs Stampede, among many other attractions. With mini golf, countless dining options, and plenty of shopping, thereâs no shortage of ways to fill your days.
The homeâs charming interior is a welcome retreat after long days on your feet, where comfortable furnishings and chic dĂ©cor merge in spaces designed to maximize your rest and rejuvenation. Sink into plush sofa seating in the living room while you surf the channels or queue up a movie on the TV. Patio doors open out onto the spacious shaded balcony, the perfect spot for quiet morning hours with your fresh cup of coffee or dining on a meal al fresco surrounded by the fresh mountain air. Back indoors, the well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to create culinary delights in the convenience of home, with ample countertop space and cabinetry for preparation and storage. Keep dining casual at the island on the high-top stools for 4 or gather around the chic table to enjoy your fare in a more formal setting.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and the living room, which offers a full-sized sleeper sofa.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
âą Washer and dryer in home.
âą Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.
âą This is a first floor, walk-in unit.
âą There is trailer parking on site. Park at your own risk. If parking for more than 7 days you will need to get a permit through the HOA.
âą The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
âą Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
âą The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day
âą Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to explore Table Rock Lake or nearby Table Rock State Park. Silver Dollar City, only 6 minutes away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880âs theme. And if youâre up for a round of golf, the gorgeous Point Royale Golf Course is less than 25 minutes away and the iconic Top of the Rock Golf Course is less than 40! The home is 25 minutes from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. Itâs simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, itâs common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
HOUSE RULES:
âą Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
âą A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.âŻ
âą This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.âŻ
âą Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.âŻ
âą Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.âŻ
âą Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.âŻ
âą Do not move or rearrange the furniture.âŻ
âą Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.âŻ
âą Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.âŻ
âą Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
