Was a nice place to stay. Only complaint is the bed is absolutely horrible. You wake up feeling like you have slept on a hardwood floor. Horrible dips in it from where it has been absolutely worn down from prior guests.. Sleep is important, and during the three days we stayed, I felt like I got zero sleep. I found myself constantly getting up and going to the couch, which is about the same as the bed. Great view, clean, but I won't be back due to the sleeping conditions.

Goldilocks scenario. Our guests, a week after this stay, raved about the memory foam mattress. Which is 3 months old. Everyone has a personal preference and it’s impossible to please everyone. We did not review this guest bc we prefer not to talk bad about anyone. They have no other reviews or stays thru VRBO. NEVER, checked in or out per the instructions, and left our condo in shambles. This review is to cover themselves in case we left a detailed review mentioning how awful they were.

The view from the balcony is so nice and has lots of seating to enjoy time outside. The condo including the bedrooms is so comfortable and cozy.

Great Property

This was a great place to stay for us, very close to Silver Dollar City which is why we came to Branson this time. Very clean and easy to check in and check out. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Great location

Older property but awesome location to silver dolar city and Branson. This is not a 5 star resort but great place to stay for the price. Highly recommend it.

Excellent rental close to Silver Dollar City

This property was a great place to stay for our family of 6. It is close to SDC, has a basketball court, 2 pools, hiking trails, and a private pond.

Summer vacation

Nice to stay in a "home" like property. Offered laundry, dishwasher, kitchen, outdoor spaces and private bedrooms. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at the condo, and we loved the view off the balcony! Unfortunately, the drains in the sink and shower in the primary bathroom were not draining well. All in all, we enjoyed it!

Perfect Condo For a Couple or For a Family

My husband and I spent the week at this condo celebrating our anniversary. The condo was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. The view from the deck was beautiful and the perfect spot to relax. The location was close enough to all the attractions and restaurants while being far enough away that it was quiet and serene. We’re already planning on coming back with our 3 kids.

Mattresses are two months old. This guest damaged multiple items which we are still getting estimates for and we are missing several things. Stool is wobbly because they broke it. Extra supplies missing when they left. Guest never communicated any issues during their stay and did not follow check out procedures.

Great stay.

Would stay here again. Easy access. Great location. Clean. Beds were comfortable. Owner communicated quickly. No issues or problems. Be aware this unit has no dishwasher. Also the unit is up a flight of stairs with no elevator. Neither were a problem to us but might be to some.

Quite Place

The condo is in a great location with easy access to the other side of table rock lake. I was surprised how quite it was. The back deck is very nice, being covered and no sun. Kitchen is okay. We found what was needed or purchased oil, baggies,etc. they do provide coffee which was nice. Noticed that they didn’t have any wash cloths?? Overall nice.

The property was nice and organized but the only reason for the 2 star rating on cleanliness is that the sheets in the main bedroom had a couple small blood stains. I did contact the host and they offered to change the sheets immediately. Other than that we liked the inside of the condo. The only other downfall for me is that 1 of the pools was closed down so it left only 1 other pool and it was very busy during the time I had to go use it so I ended up not going in the pool at all. Overall my stay was decent and I would consider staying again.

Definitely a budget rental! Don’t book if you are used to nicer stays! The condo smelled faintly of smoke and none of the light switches for the fans worked properly. The pots and pans and utensils were pretty rough and poor quality. But the area surrounding the condo and the pool areas were pretty gross. The bathroom by the pool, the pool that wasn’t drained, was unusable with ants and spiders everywhere. Condo wasn’t conducive to a relaxing stay or an easy departure with all the lengthy requirements asked for from the management company or owners. Wouldn’t stay again!

Smoking is banned in all condos at this subdivision and is strictly enforced. No one has ever noticed a smoke smell. All of our fans are controlled by the remote controls that are hanging next to the power switches. We have an entire info page devoted to how to work the remote controls. The only thing we ask of guest when they leave is to start a load of the towels that they used and put their dishes in the dishwasher this guest never even checked in despite our message requesting they let us know when they’re in the condo, for security reasons. Or the signs inside the condo requesting that they check in simply by telling us they arrived. Not sure what else to say. The subdivision is in the middle of the Ozarks and surrounded by nature. Sometimes there are insects outside. We have no control over nature.
