Cette maison de trois chambres est située sur Thames Street dans le centre-ville de Newport, près du port, des plages, des commerces et des restaurants. Cette maison a un plan d'étage inversé avec la cuisine et le salon au dernier étage, une salle de jeux et une chambre avec salle de bains au deuxième étage et deux chambres, chacune avec une salle de bains au premier étage.

Deux chambres, chacune avec une salle de bain attenante, sont situées à côté du foyer en entrant dans la maison. En haut des escaliers, vous entrerez dans une salle de jeux, avec un baby-foot et d'autres jeux. La troisième chambre et une salle de bains privative sont situées au deuxième étage. Jusqu'au troisième et dernier étage, vous trouverez la cuisine, accentuée par un mur en pierre et un grand îlot de cuisine. De l'autre côté du troisième étage se trouve le salon avec une télévision, une cheminée et une demi-salle de bain.

Worth every penny!

This place was beautiful and amazing. Perfect location, easy check in, parking is a plus! Pictures are up to date! My family loved this place and will definitely book again!

Cute little place in a great area!

This place was perfect for three friends from college to meet and enjoy our time together. Perfect location close to restaurants, shopping, and beautiful harbor views. Easy drive to the Newport cottages and beaches. I definitely recommend it!

Fantastic cottage

Loved our stay - note the kitchen is on the top floor and a few stairs to get up there so if traveling with elderly people the stairs can be difficult. Otherwise loved the place and would highly recommend as the location is perfect!

Newport Getaway

From beginning to end this accommodation was 5 star. More than we expected and the location on Thames St, Newport was perfect. On site parking was an added bonus. WiFi was not working and was resolved within minutes of texting property management. 3 bedrooms each with an on-suite bath and a fully stocked kitchen. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Great Location in Newport

I held a bachelorette party here and it was such an awesome location! We walked everywhere we went. There are two bedrooms downstairs, a bedroom up the stairs and then up another set of stairs is the kitchen and living area. Everything was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Great Updated unit

I stayed at this rental with a group for a wedding Fourth of July weekend. The house was a great location- we could walk to everything. The house was extremely clean, and the amenities were better than any rental I've stayed at. Up to date bathrooms, kitchenware, and extremely comfortable beds. Everyone had a fabulous time and loved the house. Would definitely rent again!

What a Gem!

My best friend was getting married in Newport and we rented this loft for a short stay. From the moment I booked this, to the moment we checked out, everything was seamless and easy. Property management was extremely attentive, and even allowed us to check-in a little early! They were so nice and accommodating. The loft was also beautiful! My family, including my 11 month old, was comfortable and relaxed. Would definitely book again!

Perfect Vacation House!

We rented this house (and another Newport Lofts house) for our wedding weekend, and we could not have been happier with the experience! Not only were the houses beautifully updated with full amenities, but the location was also unbeatable (the house is within a 10 minute walk from all of the best bars and restaurants). Each bedroom had its own (gorgeous) full bathroom, plus there was a pullout sofa bed and half bathroom located on the top floor. Katie and Sherry from Newport Lofts answered any questions that we had with incredible professionalism and promptness, and they made sure that the entire process was as seamless as possible. With their location, amenities, and quality, Newport Lofts' rentals are without a doubt the best rentals in Newport!

Somewhat disappointing

Stayed at this property with a group of 6 (3 couples) for a long weekend. First I will say, this property does NOT have a roof deck. There is a deceiving video in the listing that shows a roof deck, but this is not the case. Pros: the 3 bedrooms were comfortable with large, clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The location is close to town and we were able to walk most places. Cons: 1. Someone else was parked in the driveway when we arrived. It took the management company 1.5 hours to call me back about this despite me leaving 3 voicemails (no one picks up the phone after 5pm). 2. There was LITERALLY 10-15 fruit flies flying around the top floor when we arrived. To the point where we couldn't even have a glass of wine without 4-5 flies landing on/in your drink. GROSS. When I told the management company about this, they said this was just "Newport in the summer" and there was "nothing they could do about it". I had to set my own makeshift fruit fly trap and caught 8 flies. We paid a LOT of money to stay in this place and quite frankly were pretty disgusted. 3. There is not an actual refrigerator in this unit, only 2 mini fridges. When we first arrived, one of the mini-fridges was alarming incessantly...we're talking every 30 seconds. When I told the management company about this, they told us just to unplug the fridge. We brought a bunch of food to cook since we didn't want to eat out too much during COVID, and we couldn't fit all the food/drinks in 1 fridge. Maintenance ended up replacing the fridge the next day, but the replacement had no freezer or ice maker, so we had to go out any buy ice several times. Overall, we were disappointed with several aspects of this place - seems more like a party house than a place to stay comfortably, cook meals with a group, and enjoy time together. There really isn't a very big common space, and the kitchen is clearly not meant for cooking. Would not choose to stay here again.

The images and audio in the video are intended to provide guests with a general overview of the variety of spaces and amenities our Lofts feature. As shown in the video, we have a variety of floor plans to choose from, many with full sized refrigerators, outdoor spaces, etc. Please know that the listing for the particular Loft you booked factually describes the space. We encourage guests with specific needs to always contact our Vacation Specialists when booking so that our team can assist in finding the perfect space to meet their needs. We do apologize for the vehicle that was parked in your driveway by mistake of another guest who was staying in a nearby Loft. Although it did take us some time, we did work diligently to find the vehicle’s owner and the car was removed prior to the rest of your party arriving. Additionally, our maintenance team replaced your refrigerator and assisted in relieving the fruit fly situation. Ultimately, whenever food or drink is left out and windows are left open there will be a resulting pest issue. We hope you understand and will consider a stay at The Newport Lofts again.

Would stay in this unit again

The unit is decorated very well and was clean when we arrived. It's advertised as a three king property but the one room has a queen bed. I looked long and hard to find a property with three king suites so that was a little disappointing. Other than that, the unit was equipped with enough for what we needed. My only suggestions to make future renters' stay better is to put benches in each bedroom at the foot of the beds or chairs in each room. Also, the closets need to be equipped with rods and hangers (only one was equipped and there were only a total of 5 hangars in the entire place). The location is wonderful for walking to so many spots for dining and nightlife.

Fantastic Newport Vacation

Our family of five had a wonderful week staying in the heart of Newport! The three story house was a great layout for our family; an area on the second floor for the kids to hang and the adult area on the top floor. It was nice that all bedrooms had their own private, beautiful bathroom, and that the half bath was located on the top floor. Josh was very helpful when needed. Definitely coming back for our next stay.....the only thing that would have been helpful for our large group would be to have a full sized refrigerator, which it does not have, but rather a mini refrigerator. For short weekend stays, that would probably not be an issue. Highly recommended!

Clean, quiet, fun

We liked this condo. Very pretty inside. Would stay again for sure. A couple maintenance needs (loose towel rack, bent pull-out frame) but absolutely nothing that impacted our stay. Kids loved the game room. I loved the window seat. Plenty of space for everyone—even had beach chairs available. Great spot, thank you!

Excellent Property

I stayed for 3 days with a group of girls and it was absolutely wonderful. The location was walkable to most of the downtown area and the property was very clean. On top of that, the decorations were wonderful and nautical. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely Beautiful!

This house is located right in the heart of Newport. It was the perfect location for a weekend get away with a group of friends or a family vacation. The layout of the house was exactly as pictured on the website. The living room/kitchen areas were located on the third floor with a beautiful view of the water. The property was very well kept and you felt as if you walked into a brand new home upon arrival. Will definitely be planning a trip back to Newport soon to stay in this beautiful listing!
