2 chambres avec loft et salles de bains attenantes, à pied du port

Ce condo dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert ancré par un salon avec une cheminée confortable. Adjacent sont la cuisine et un escalier en colimaçon menant à un espace loft avec un canapé-lit queen size. Les deux chambres du Loft sont de chaque côté du salon et disposent de lits queen-size et d'une salle de bains privative. La terrasse extérieure est l'endroit idéal pour s'asseoir au soleil et profiter des aperçus saisonniers du port de Newport et de l'air marin.

Ce condo est à quelques pas de grands restaurants sur Lower Thames Street et Newport Harbor. Il est idéalement situé pour toutes les attractions de la région. Le stationnement pour deux voitures est inclus.

Veuillez noter - des escaliers extérieurs sont nécessaires pour accéder au Loft. Des aperçus saisonniers du port de Newport se produisent à la fin de l'automne et en hiver.
Le loft est perché au-dessus d'une cuisine et d'un salon à aire ouverte. Les deux chambres sont situées sur les côtés opposés du salon pour une intimité optimale. Il y a aussi une terrasse privée avec vue partielle sur le port de Newport. Le pont a une table de hauteur de pub avec des sièges pour 4.

We loved the location because we had elbow room between the bustling wharf’s and our location. It was a nice stroll back from dinner and lots of shops to stop into. The loft was pretty, clean and well maintained. The little deck was perfect for sipping with cheese and crackers before dinner or winding down from the touring. Good times.

All The Comforts of Home

The way you see the property on the listing is exactly what you get. You have all the comforts of home and the property is so clean. The location is right in the heart of all the restaurants and shops. Any questions we had, the manager answered right away. This was our second year going back. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Rhode Island.

Great weekend stay

The property was great and just as the photographs depict. The private balcony was enjoyable. We were able to walk to all of the restaurants. My teenage daughter had the front room and did say it was quite loud on Friday and Saturday night as the bars let out. Wasn’t a big deal but if I had little ones with me it probably would have woken them. We would definitely book this property next time in Newport.

Great location and nice loft unit. As we had read in other comments, the front bed room was pretty noisy with activities on the main strip. We thought a window was open because voices were so loud and clear. Recommendation to add a towel hook in second bathroom. Beds were comfortable and we had a great visit.

Perfect get away

Great location with lots of restaurants and activities in walking distance. Clean, updated space with 2 en-suite bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen for the basics and a very comfortable living room. No elevator and lots of stairs to the front door. The check in was a little rocky… we arrived 2.5 hours earlier than checkin. The parking lot was empty as the previous tenants had to be out by 11. The host would not allow us to leave our car in the lot while we waited for the apartment to be cleaned. Parking is tough in that area. A little extra thoughtfulness would have gone a long way!!

We do our best to provide early check in, but in situations where we are short staffed and conducting several cleaning inspections, it can be difficult to accommodate early parking. Excellent location! Great visit!

We just arrived back from a weekend in Newport at this property. The location is fantastic - close enough to walk to all the things but not right in the heat of the tourist area so a bit quieter. We had an issue with a toilet on arrival - it wasn't flushing - but the hosts responded quickly and the gentleman that came to fix it was quick and really sweet. Parking was a huge plus and makes this location that much more appealing! The only real negative was that the floors had clearly not been vacuumed or mopped in quite some time. They were dirty and also dusty. That wasn't ideal but not a deal breaker. That said, I do think a bit more oversight of the cleaning crew should be in play. There was also an old coffee pod in the keurig.

Great Place in a Great Location!

This is a wonderful place if you are planning to spend time by the Newport waterfront and visit the mansions. It is close enough to all the tourist things that you can park your car for the duration of your stay and walk just about everywhere. But, it's far enough away from the racket of the high traffic areas that you are not bothered with that inconvenience. The property is very clean and very nicely done; high quality building products and other nice touches give it an excellent appearance. It's one of the nicest VRBO/Home Away properties we've ever stayed in. The pictures on the website accurately portray what it looks like in real life. This unit is located on the second floor so there is some stair climbing but nothing strenuous at all. The people that we dealt with in securing the rental were very responsive and helpful. The contracting process was efficient and relatively simple. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to any friends and family who were planning to visit Newport.

Quick Newport stay

Very comfortable unit with great bathrooms. Parking, which is at a premium in Newport, is also plentiful and easy to access. Unit has nice layout with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Loft area is charming.

Awesome

This place is awesome; and so is the sister unit in the same building. Every room was beautiful! It's in a perfect location in downtown Newport so you can walk to all the shops, restaurants, bars, and the harbor. It was the best place to stay with a group of family and friends-- we rented both lofts in the same building! Also Katie and Sherry were great to work with. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place, location and view!

Our stay was wonderful! The loft was comfortable, beautiful inside and out and the deck was perfect to relax on. The beds were great and there was plenty of linens and dishes for the 6 of us! The location was close enough to walk everywhere but far enough out of the crowd that it was peaceful. Katie was extremely helpful through the process and we will definitely return again. We look forward to returning and working with Katie again!

Gorgeous and convenient!

This property was beautifully decorated with comfy beds, updated amenities, a cozy little balcony and sat in an ideal location in Newport! The property also came with plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and coffee which were such a pleasant surprise upon arrival! The only thing it lacked was mirrors (just one in each bathroom)! So if you are planning to max out the space with 8 guests be sure to pack your own or hair curling and makeup application becomes a challenge!

Grea Newport Condo!

This is the ideal location for a Newport getaway! The condo is a modern piece of luxury and is great for multiple couples or a family. Situated right on Thames it is within walking distance if great restuarants and shops. In addition, the 2 parking spots are ideal for those who have a vehicle. The lofts team was responsive to our requests and always available to answer questions! We look forward to renting this property again soon!
