Welcome to Ocean Escape Condos North, a brand-new conveniently-located development featuring only 15 luxurious units. Our bright, airy 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom condo offers just under 2000 square feet of comfortable living space, making it ideal for family vacations, group getaways, and everything in between.
This listing is available for monthly winter rentals for stays of 1-4 months from November - February. Please view our other listings for nightly/weekly vacation rentals!
Living Space:
* Comfortable living room with a TV and access to a balcony overlooking the new saltwater pool
* Large Dining space for shared meals and gatherings
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
* 4 large bedrooms with comfy bedding:
* Primary Room: King sized bed
* 2 Queen beds in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms
* Living room: Full-size futon
* Each bedroom is equipped with its own 65-inch TV
* Total of 3 modern bathrooms for your convenience and privacy
Kitchen:
* Efficiency kitchen featuring a full-size refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, and basic cookware
* Place settings for 12
* Note: Only countertop oven available
* Two balconies: one off the master bedroom and one off the living room, both offering a relaxing pool view
Amenities:
* Outdoor saltwater pool (3'-5' deep, not heated)
* Free onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles
* Private dedicated parking
* Contactless check-in for a seamless arrival

*Pets are not allowed. A fine of $500 will be assessed if a pet is brought into a unit. Service animals are not considered pets when required to perform a specific duty for the owner, and must be registered at the front desk at check-in. Emotional support animals however are considered pets and are not allowed at any time.
