Mike, thank you for your review. The owner of this property has provided us with some insight regarding your stay and has asked us to pass along the following response: "Hi Mike, we’re sorry that you had an unsatisfactory visit. I can assure you that after each tenant leaves the condo, we do a thorough check of the appliances, sheets, and towels, as well as take an inventory of the unit’s contents. The previous tenants, who stayed at the property for over a month, had no issues during their stay and everything was in working order prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, sometimes these things happen and as soon as you notified us of the appliances not working, we did our best to have a maintenance person fix the problems within 1-2 business days. While we realize that this is an inconvenience, we fully compensated you for anything you lost without asking you for receipts. During the first couple days of your stay, we also did our best to make you feel as comfortable as possible by replacing all the towels, pillows and floor mats, as well as had the carpets shampooed. To ensure all future guests have a seamless stay at our property, we’ve made several updates to the condo to serve them better. We've hired an on-site ambassador to welcome them to the condo, ensure their safe entry, and provide them with a tour of the grounds, so that the check-in issues you encountered will not recur for future guests. We've replaced all carpet with engineered hardwood throughout the main living space. We've installed new bathtubs, toilets, and faucets in each bathroom. We've replaced all baseboards and repaired any damage to the walls. We've ensured all appliances are in full working order, and finally, we've repaired the screen door.
