The address numbers are displayed directly next to the front door, and detailed driving instructions are provided on the day of check-in and are always available through the guest portal. That said, we apologize if that information was missed, resulting in a stressful check-in experience. Regarding the kitchen supplies, we apologize if you felt the utensils were lacking. We would have been happy to deliver specific items during your stay had you reached out, though we understand wanting to remain uninterrupted. After your departure, the kitchen inventory was evaluated and restocked as needed. We regret that these issues affected your stay, but we truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our communication and guest experience.
