They installed a portable unit as a temporary solution and arranged for an HVAC technician to visit the following day. While we were glad to provide a temporary solution, the home’s A/C is designed to cool the common living area, with no separate A/C units in the bedrooms, as noted in the listing. We understand this may not have provided the level of comfort you expected, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We also appreciate your feedback about the kitchen table and apologize that its condition fell short of expectations.
