Summary:
Heavenly Palms- Construction completed in August of 2024, be one of the very first guests to enjoy this extraordinary home! Unlike other homes that have only been renovated following Hurricane Ian, this home is a BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION and was built from the ground up using only the most high end materials and finishes. Featuring a wonderful open concept floor plan, no expense was spared in laying out this home to make it the perfect vacation rental! From the chef's kitchen with breakfast bar to the third bedroom with pulldown Murphy bunk beds, this home was built with renters in mind. This one won't last long so inquire today to ensure your spot for season 2025.
The Space:
Welcome to Heavenly Palms Home- This three bedroom home is positioned just off of West Gulf Drive on Barra Circle, a quiet residential cul-de-sac street. The home features a chef's kitchen with breakfast bar, three spacious bedrooms, luscious landscaping, and a thoughtful floor plan. Beginning in the living room, this home features an oversized sectional sleeper sofa and two armchairs with a tree trunk cross section coffee table. The kitchen is located directly off of the living room and features a host of high end appliances, quartz countertops, and an island with breakfast bar. Directly off of the kitchen and living room guests will find the four panel sliding doors which lead to the upper patio, overlooking a peaceful lake behind the home. The patio is adorned with plenty of furniture. Below one level guests will find a wonderfully designed heated and caged pool, which an elevated sunbathing section and a prominent water feature. More patio furniture including chaise lounges are located poolside.
In terms of bedrooms, the primary bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom which boasts a double vanity and walk in shower. The two guest bedrooms feature a king bed and queen bed, respectively. The second guest bedroom also features a Murphy bunk bed assembly, which is capable of folding down from the wall to allow for occupancy of up to 4 guests in that bedroom (perfect for kids or grandkids). Both of these bedrooms share access to the second bathroom which is located in the adjacent hallway. This bathroom features a single vanity and shower/tub combo, perfect for both adults and children!
Also worth noting is that this home features a Sonos surround sound system on the patio and in the living room that guests can easily plug into with the Sonos App on their phones! The bedrooms also feature built in closets.
This home is pet friendly by approval only, if you would like to request approval for your pet please message us PRIOR to reserving this property. If you reserve the property without receiving approval for your pet you will risk cancellation of your reservation.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the house, pool, one garage, and 4 bikes. There is also a deeded beach access located at the end of St. Kilda, which is connected to Barra Circle by just a few feet walking distance.

This home is located at 3363 Barra Circle, in the Brightwater subdivision.

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. Pets are welcomed on an approval basis only, if guests book without first requesting approval for their pet they risk not being able to bring their pet to this home.
