Transportation:

Valet Parking: While valet parking is available for $52 per night, I recommend exploring nearby parking options, which may be more affordable.

Public Transportation: A car isn’t necessary for getting around. There’s a train station just 2 blocks away that connects to Miami International Airport, as well as direct routes to Orlando and Tampa.

Metrorail and Metromover: The Metrorail and Metromover systems are within walking distance, offering easy access to downtown, Brickell, and other key areas of Miami. It’s a great way to explore the city without the hassle of driving.

Ride-Sharing: For short trips, Uber and Lyft are convenient for navigating downtown Miami.

No Car Needed: Given the prime location and public transportation options, you might skip car rental and take advantage of the city’s accessible transit system.

We are not on-site, but we are available throughout your stay via Airbnb messaging. You can also reach us by text or phone if needed, though we prefer to keep communication through Airbnb for ease and clarity.

Located just 6 miles from Miami Airport, 2 miles from Wynwood, and 7 miles to Miami Beach. Only 2 blocks away from the Brightline train station for convenient travel. Enjoy free transportation to nearby attractions using the Freebee app, eliminating the need for a rental car. Parking in the area can be expensive, but with a Metromover station right outside the building offering free rides from 6 AM to midnight, getting around the city is easy and affordable.
1 - No Parties or Events: To respect local regulations, no parties or large gatherings are allowed.

2- Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

3- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A penalty fee will apply for any violation.

4- No Unauthorized Guests: Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property.
Additional guests require prior approval.

5- Check-In/Check-Out Times: Please adhere to our check-in time of 4 PM and check-out time of 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional fees.

6- Respect for Property: Please treat the space with care. Any damage to the property or its contents might result in additional charges.

7- Pets: Pets are not allowed.

8- Trash Disposal: Kindly dispose of your trash in the designated bins. Excessive trash left in the unit may result in a cleaning fee.

9- Use of Amenities: Please follow the building’s rules for shared amenities (pool, gym, etc.). Hours of operation and additional guidelines will be provided upon check-in.
