The caboose is equipped with a comfy queen-sized bed, a quaint sitting area, and a mini kitchenette perfect for preparing light meals. There are two loft-like areas in the middle of the caboose with big windows. Great for reading or gazing.



A few steps away, you'll find a beautifully designed private bathroom / laundry room in a separate building, offering modern fixtures and a spacious shower, maintaining the balance between rustic charm and contemporary convenience. Despite that, there is a tiny bathroom inside the caboose for your comfort. There is a beautiful deck on the side to enjoy the sunshine.

Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.



NO Smoking, Parties or Fireworks. Sorry, no pets allowed, no exceptions.



A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.
