About this space
Welcome to Chelan Avenue. Our recently renovated downtown historic charmer. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Bring your furry loved one to share the lifelong memories because we're pet friendly. Walk to the Lake or downtown Chelan. Take a soak in the brand new full size hot tub or hang out in the spacious fully fenced front or back yard. Then cool off in the air conditioned house after an unforgettable day at the Lake!
The space
We have 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The upstairs bedroom has 2 single beds with a pull out single trundle bed under each. 4 people can sleep in this room side to side.
The upstairs bathroom is attached to the bedroom and has a sink, soaking bathtub, and toilet. No shower but great for children or to relax in.
The downstairs bedroom has one queen size bed and a closet. The full bathroom has a large vanity with sink, toilet, and tub with shower. This is the main bathroom.
We have a connected living and dining room that can comfortably fit 4 to 6 people. There is a kitchen off the dining room with all the amenities you would expect in a modern kitchen. It was just renovated and has all brand new appliances. The microwave and oven both have a built-in air-fryer.
The laundry room is connected to the kitchen and has a brand new LG full size washer and dryer. We have all the laundry needs available in the cupboards above the machines, including detergent and dryer sheets. You can access the outside backyard via the laundry room and the back door from the dining room.
Since we are pet friendly, we have a fully fenced back yard and front yard. You can also keep the front yard and back yard separated with a tall gate on the side of the house. The front yard fence is only 39" high due to the City of Chelan municipal code. Although we have a fully fenced property, we ask that you not leave your pet in either yard unattended. It doesn't take much for an active pooch to dig his or her way under the fence. Please also pick up after your pet. There is a trash can in the back yard for that purpose.
And we put in a hot tub!
The hot tub is brand new and a top of the line Platinum Spa. It has 58 jets and fits 5 people. It has 3 seats and 2 loungers. The hot tub has a built in speaker to connect your phone for listening pleasure. We ask you keep the music low after 9 pm. It can be loud for the neighbors since it's outside in a residential neighborhood.
Guest access
Feel free to access anywhere in the house and both yards. The only area that is totally off access is the cellar under the house and the shed in the back yard. We hope to convert the shed out back into an action packed game room by the summer of 2025.
You may enter the property from Chelan Avenue or from the alley behind the house. Lots of parking in the front!
Great for families to take walk to downtown, to the River walk, and to the lake. Our teenagers love exploring the safe downtown area and getting ice cream or froyo yogurt nearby! I personally love the Acai bowl from Goldieâs!
You will likely be doing a lot of walking since we're so close to downtown and most of what Chelan has to offer!

This property is a registered Short Term Rental in The City of Chelan.
Additional rules
There is enough beds to comfortably sleep 6 adults. If you want more people than that, you are welcome to bring them, but they will need to sleep on the couch and/or you will need to bring sleeping arrangements. The house does not fit more than 6 people comfortably, but we understand sometimes your group is larger.
