Beautifully renovated mid-century ranch home located in a quiet, friendly, walkable, safe neighborhood. Located one mile from MTSU and two miles from Downtown Murfreesboro. My home offers 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen bed), perfect for a small group of guests or even a solo traveler who wants plenty of room to relax. With modern amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine/dryer, your stay will be hassle-free. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer and shower for your convenience. This beautiful pet friendly home is attractive, welcoming, outfitted with anything you could possibly need, and extremely comfortable. The owner is easy to communicate with and truly wants his guests to enjoy every minute of their stay. We’ve stayed here twice and are already planning our 3rd visit.

Everything about the immaculate home is 5star! We have stayed in many VRBO homes across the States and Europe but this was by far the nicest and most definitely the most clean. This home was also the most well equipped. It has everything you could possibly want.

Everything was absolutely fantastic!! Our host had great communication throughout the process. The home was immaculate. The furnishings so gorgeous and comfortable. We were supplied with snacks and a bottle of wine as we stayed over Valentines weekend. There was nothing we did not find supplied at the property including top shelf soaps/shampoo. Oh, and the bathrooms…I did not want to leave that bathroom- did I mention the heated floors- wow!! Thank you Charles!! We will be back for sure.

The home was beautiful and immaculately clean. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Very well equipped kitchen even though we didnt have tje chance to cook. Host even provided coffee/tea which we have never had at other properties. Snacks were provided which was a much appreciated bonus. Would defintely recommend this home for a weekend getaway or vacation.

Great stay

Fantastic mid century home with great details.Our family stayed here while in town for a youth soccer tournament and we could not be happier. Our dog also really enjoyed the fully fenced yard.

This property is a 5 star rental! You could go out of your way to stay here and not be disappointed. It is an excellent, clean and welcoming environment both inside and out. The exterior is beautiful and meticulous and the backyard is completely private, well maintained and offers an expansive amount of both grassy and hardscaped areas with an assortment of clean and comfortable seating. The inside is spacious, modern, clean and offers excellent lighting throughout. All the interior furnishings and decor are unique, modern and of top quality. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with all the necessities and the island is amazing. Both bathrooms are completely remodeled, updated, stocked with all showering essentials and more importantly...clean, clean, clean! The bedrooms are relaxing with comfortable beds, pillows and quality linens. There is a large laundry room stocked with all your laundry needs. This kind of rental doesn't happen without it's host. He is easy to communicate with and very accommodating. All the details have been covered here. Kudos to Charles for being an excellent host and providing a quality rental! Thank you!

What a beautiful property close to MTSU and downtown but has a quiet feel of of being much further out. The kitchen is so easy to use and has everything needed to prepare a meal. Plenty of seating and the bathrooms are amazing! The back yard is a perfect retreat and is so pretty! That wisteria is perfect. Charles is the perfect host and we look forward to.staying again.

Christmas 2024

My pup Skipper and I had an amazing stay over Christmas week! The home was absolutely lovely - clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The spacious backyard was a dream for Skipper, and the entire space felt so welcoming. Charles was incredibly gracious and thoughtful, making our visit even more enjoyable. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone visiting the area. I'll definitely be booking again!

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Great Location!We had such a great experience staying here! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. From the front of the property to the back ! The kitchen was large and had everything we needed for cooking, plus some extras we really appreciated. The beds were super comfortable, and the spacious backyard made for a perfect hangout spot. We didn’t use the hot tub this time, but it was clean and fully functional.The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and well maintained — perfect for daily walks with our dogs and even morning runs.It’s also in a great location, just a short drive to downtown Murfreesboro. We loved exploring the local restaurants, bars, and especially the Saturday farmers market — definitely a must-do!Breakfast - Joanie’s Lunch - Jack Browns beer and burger joint, Boro Bourbon and Brews, Also there was great hiking close by.Highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Hands down the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. I travel monthly to either Memphis or the Nashville area for the past three years. I’ve had some good stays, terrible stays and up until this one, what I thought were great stays. But this was perfect in every aspect, clean, comfortable furnishings, perfect lighting, fantastic neighborhood, gorgeous yard, amazing showers. Perfection on every level. Yes it’s 30-40 minutes from Nashville, but who cares with a place of this quality. Can’t wait to come back!
