This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom rental features a cozy interior and a prime location perched on the bluff. Enjoy the gorgeous oceanfront views from nearly every room and having the bluff trail at their doorstep. The Del Mar Recreation Center is a 10-minute walk away, and a quick drive down PCH leads to the Gualala Point Regional Park, and the Shell Beach Access Trail.



The inside of Pelican’s Landing showcases and open floorplan seamlessly connecting a living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating gathered around a gas fireplace and Smart TV (with streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu). Relax here with family and friends while watching a movie or simply enjoying watching the blue ocean waves roll in. WIFI is also provided throughout the home for your convenience.



The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with updated stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island with seating for 2. Smaller kitchen appliances include a blender, toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, and wine ware. Dine over a home cooked meal with all your guests at the dining table just steps away. The dining table has seating for 8.



Plenty of your time will be spent outside on the back deck. The deck is clad with 2 patio chairs perfect for sipping a glass of vino while watching a breathtaking sunset over the Pacific Ocean.

Pets are strictly not allowed due to allergies. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.



The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, dog park, and 3 recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. RV's, trailers, or mobile homes are strictly not allowed.

- There is a camera on the property facing on the patio facing the trash enclosure.
